| 520 | |f This study aims to introduce the concept of shared value as a new model for the banking business where social value is created for society and at the same time achieving the economic value for the bank. The analytical descriptive method was adopted, where the concept of shared value and the process of integrating it into the banking business were described. The programs followed by the leading banks were also analyzed to create economic value and achieve social benefit.
