المستخلص: على الرغم من الاعتراف بخطورة وأهمية الأدب الشعبي فإن مظاهر الاستصغار والنظرة الدونية لا تزال تطارده، وهذا لأسباب عديدة موضوعية وإيديولوجية ونفسية وتاريخية ... وهذا البحث محاولة لتسليط الضوء على هذه الأسباب لتطرح السؤال حول وجاهتها من جهة، وإمكانية العمل على تجاوز بعضها على الأقل من جهة أخرى.

Despite the official, elite and popular recognition of the seriousness of the danger of folklore heritage in general and folk literature in particular as a component forming the core of the cultural identity of the nation, and a bulwark against the strong winds that tried and are trying to be ridden entity of the nation and undermine the national culture, the manifestations of the belittling and perception of inferiority still haunted it by the vaunted intellectuals, academic scholars themselves and this is due to several ideological, psychological and historical reasons This research is an attempt to shed light on these reasons to raise the question about their relevance; on one hand, and the possibility of overcoming at least some on the other hand. The Scientific study task is understanding and interpreting with neutrality and objectivity far from underestimation and value judgments which aimed to dramatize it. \
