المستخلص: In the face of rapid global changes and the pace of internal reforms in Algeria, unemployment in Algeria remains a problem that impedes the national development process. The outputs of the Algerian University are still not invested in a rational and sound way to achieve the established objectives. This study highlights a serious phenomenon that is the lack of coordination between university outputs and the labor market in Algeria. Therefore, the aim of this research is to show that the imbalance lies in the State's adoption of wrong policies in dealing with this phenomenon, which makes Algeria a country and a society that is the first loser in a brutal capitalist world that does not have mercy on the weak and does not believe in policies that make mistakes.

أمام تحولات عالمية سريعة ووتيرة إصلاحات داخلية في الجزائر، لا تزال البطالة في الجزائر تشكل مشكلا يعيق عملية التنمية الوطنية، ولا تزال مخرجات الجامعة الجزائرية غير مستثمرة بشكل رشيد وسليم لتحقيق الأهداف المسطرة. تأتي هذه الدراسة لتسلط الضوء على ظاهرة خطيرة تتمثل في عدم وجود تنسيق بین مخرجات الجامعة وسوق العمل في الجزائر. ولهذا الهدف من هذا البحث هو إظهار أن الخلل يكمن في تبني الدولة سياسات خاطئة في معالجة هذه الظاهرة التي تجعل الجزائر بلدا ومجتمعا هي الخاسر الأول في عالم رأسمالي متوحش لا يرحم الضعفاء ولا يؤمن بسياسات تسير على الأخطاء.

Pour les transformations rapides mondiales, et le rythme des réformes internes en Algérie, le chômage reste un problème en Algérie qui entrave le processus de développement national, et les produits de l’université Algérienne ne restent toujours pas investis correctement pour atteindre les objectifs souhaités. Cette recherche est pour étudier un phénomène très danger qui est le manque de coordination entre les produits de l'université et le marché du travail en Algérie. Donc, le but de cette recherche est de montrer que le défaut réside dans l'adoption de mauvaises politiques dans la lutte contre ce phénomène, qui fait de l'Algérie un pays le premier perdant dans le monde d'une impitoyable capitaliste sauvage et ne croient pas à des politiques qui vont à des erreurs.
