المستخلص: In light of the global challenges and the communications revolution facing the Arab society, new roles have emerged that have been placed on the media to create mutual trust and credibility between the Arab media and the recipient citizen, so as to convey views and reflect the realistic and logical picture transparently.
The profession of journalism has ethics and behaviors that express its methods of practice and regulate the form of its relationship with the public and society. Investigative journalism is at the forefront of all forms of journalism that takes upon itself the goals of journalism for society.
Because research, prospecting, and stalking are one of the most important features of journalism, regulating its practice requires laws and charters to ensure that it does not become a tool for violating privacy and defaming others. Hence the need to talk about the relationship between professional ethics and investigative journalism.

في ضوء التحديات العالمية وثورة الاتصالات التي تواجه المجتمع العربي برزت أدوار جديدة ألقيت على عاتق الإعلام لخلق ثقة ومصداقية متبادلة بين الإعلام العربي، والمواطن المتلقي، لنقل وجهات النظر وعكس الصورة الواقعية والمنطقية بشفافية.
إن لمهنة الصحافة أخلاقيات وسلوكيات تعبر عن أساليب ممارستها، وتنظم شكل علاقتها مع الجمهور والمجتمع، وتقف الصحافة الاستقصائية على رأس الأشكال الصحفية التي تأخذ على عاتقها تحقيق أهداف الصحافة بالنسبة للمجتمع.
ولأن البحث والتنقيب والملاحقة هي من أهم سمات صحافة الإستقصاء، فإن تنظيم ممارستها يحتاج إلى قوانین ومواثيق تضمن عدم تحولها إلى أداة لخرق الخصوصيات والتشهیر بالآخرين ومن هنا جاءت ضرورة الحديث عن العلاقة بين أخلاقيات المهنة والصحافة الاستقصائية.

Dans le cadre des défis mondiaux et de la révolution des communications qui font face à la société arabe, de nouveaux rôles ont été attribués aux médias afin de créer une confiance et une crédibilité réciproque entre les médias et le citoyen arabe. Le but étant de reporter les différents points de vue et de refléter l’image réelle et logique en toute transparence.
Le métier de journaliste à son propre code de déontologie. Celui-là reflète ces méthodes de travail et réglemente sa relation avec le publique et la société en général. Le journalisme d’investigation vient à la tête des autres types de journalisme qui ont des buts à réaliser par rapport à la société. Vu que la recherche, la fouille et la poursuite sont les principaux attributs du journalisme d’investigation, il est donc nécessaire de mettre en place des lois et des chartes qui garantissent que cette dernière ne se transforme en un outil de violation de la vie privée et en un outil de diffamation.
C’est avec cela qu’a émergé l’importance d’aborder le sujet qui traite de la relation entre l’éthique et le professionnelle journalisme d’investigation.
