|f In the context of the intellectual, cultural and civilizational confusion whose indications are still ongoing in our current thesis, "Alhaddad Woman" for the first time managed to reveal the reality of its status in Tunisian society in the early 20th century by deciphering the masculine domination relationships inherent in the symbolism of sexual violence. the feminist thought of Tahir Haddad is represented in this context where he, through significant and essential analyses, set a critical methodology for it giving an overall interest to feminism generally in its relation to everything that is patriarchal and ideological. He seeks to raise awareness so that the cultural view becomes possible based on images and meanings in a political context that defines the cultural vision that identified the meaning of women. Then, the required is a complete revolution in language and culture which introduces the meaning of women . Here, the required is complete revolution in language and culture besides all the material structures . |a في إطار التذبذب الفكري والثقافي والحضاري الذي مازالت مداليله متواصلة في أطروحاتنا الراهنة، استطاعت "امرأة الحداد" ولأول مرة كشف حقيقة وضعيتها في المجتمع التونسي في أوائل القرن الماضي عبر فك رموز علاقات الهيمنة الذكورية المستبطنة في رمزية العنف الجنسي. في هذا السياق يتنزل الفكر النسوي للطاهر الحداد الذي تمكن من خلال تحاليل دالة وجوهرية أقام لها منهجا نقديا اعتنت في مجموعها بالأنوثة عامة في علاقتها بكل ما هو أبوي وإيديولوجي. يرنو إلى استنهاض الوعي حتى تصبح النظرة الثقافية ممكنة بناء على صور ومعان في سياق سياسي يحدد الرؤية الثقافية التي تعرف بمعنى المرأة. فيكون المطلوب حينئذ ثورة كاملة في اللغة والثقافة إلى جانب كل الهياكل المادية. ويكون السعي متجها نحو تغير العالم الداخلي للخبرة الجسدية والاستعمار النفسي والإسكات الثقافي علاوة على تغيير الظروف المادية والاجتماعية للعالم الخارجي.

|d Ce papier tend à rappeler une des grandes figures de l’émancipation de la femme en Tunisie. En effet, tout notre travail consiste à voir et à faire voir comment Tahar Haddad , l’auteur de ce texte manifeste «Notre femme dans la charia et dans la société »,il est non seulement un éclaireur pour la cause des femmes, mais aussi un précurseur pour cette nouvelle pensée qui porte aujourd’hui un nom : le féminisme. On ne dira jamais assez, combien Tahar Haddad, malgré l’intégrisme rampant, malgré, malgré le silence, malgré l’oubli, a été un écrivain engagé et un véritable combattant pour l’émancipation de la femme dans un siècle et dans un pays où la femme n’existe pas encore en tant que discours et en tant que réalité sociologique et politique.
