المستخلص: Governance plays a prominent role in addressing teh problems faced by teh various organizations, which highlighted teh problem of financial and administrative corruption, and through a range of mechanisms classified into mechanisms of internal and external. Teh Accordingly, this study aimed to identify teh nature of financial and administrative corruption, and to address teh governance organizations and mechanisms, and to highlight teh contribution of mechanisms of governance organizations in teh reduction of financial and administrative corruption in teh organization of teh Algerian public. Teh study found that teh financial and administrative corruption is one of teh biggest dilemmas faced by teh public organization of Algeria, and teh consequent bear additional costs reflected in teh prices of goods produced or services provided by, weakening their ability to compete and survive, as teh lead commitment to teh mechanisms of governance and principles by Algerian public organization to reduce teh financial and administrative corruption and to increase teh efficiency of their performance, theirby increasing teh confidence of local and foreign investors, thus increasing their ability to attract investment and teh resulting development of teh economy of teh country. It was to provide a set of recommendations that would activate teh fight against financial and administrative corruption in teh organizations included in teh body of teh study.

تلعب الحاكمية دورا بارزا في معالجة المشكلات التي تعاني منها مختلف المؤسسات، والتي من أبرزها مشكلة الفساد المالي والإداري، وذلك من خلال مجموعة من الآليات صنفت إلى آليات داخلية وأخرى خارجية. بناءا عليه، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على ماهية الفساد المالي والإداري، والتطرق إلى حاكميه المؤسسات وألياتها، وإبراز مساهمة آليات حاكميه المؤسسات في الحد من الفساد المالي والإداري في المؤسسة العمومية الجزائرية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الفساد المالي والإداري يعتبر من أكبر المعضلات التي تعاني منها المؤسسة العمومية الجزائرية، ويترتب عليه تحمل تكاليف إضافية تنعكس على أسعار السلع التي تنتجها أو الخدمات التي تقدمها، مما يضعف قدرتها على التنافس والبقاء، كما يؤدي الالتزام بآليات الحاكمية ومبادئها من قبل المؤسسة العمومية الجزائرية إلى الحد من الفساد المالي والإداري فيها وزيادة كفاءة أدائها، وبالتالي زيادة ثقة المستثمرين المحليين والأجانب بها، مما يزيد من قدرتها على جذب الاستثمار وما ينتج عنه من تنمية لاقتصاد البلد. وتم تقديم مجموعة من المقترحات التي من شأنها تفعيل محاربة الفساد المالي والإداري في المؤسسات متضمنة في متن الدراسة.
