While a large Moroccan private companies have recognized earlier the importance of the implementation of the best corporate governance practices, the sector of Public Enterprises (EEP) in Morocco, took into consideration all the impact of the implementation of these governance practices and in terms of improved performance and in terms of quality of relationships with all the Stakeholders that for ten years, and so largest since the reform of the financial control of the state over the EEP as of 2004. To measure the dimension taken by corporate governance in this sector, we propose, in the context of this work to analyze the inventory of good practices of corporate governance within the EEP by the state Moroccan portfolio. This work is an essential component of our thesis that the main research question focuses on the place of corporate governance practices in the public enterprises sector, and the strategies to be adopted to raise these practices to international standards. |
