|a يتناول هذا الموضوع علم الإعلام والاتصال وعلاقته بالعلوم الأخرى، وعلى الدور الذي يلعبه هذا العلم في علاقته مع الجمهور باعتباره عنصرا أساسيا في إنجاح وظيفة هذا العلم.\nويعد الإعلام التنموي فرعا أساسيا من فروع النشاط الإعلامي، ويعود الفضل في تأسيسه إلى "ويليبر شرام" الذي أبرز دور هذا الإعلام في أحداث التغير وتطوير الاجتماعي.\nوظهر في هذه الدراسة عندئذ مفهوم الإعلام التنموي ودوره في التنمية المستدامة وخصائصه وكذلك مهام ومستويات تدخل وسائل الإعلام في العمل التنموي ودور التكنولوجيات الحديثة للإعلام والاتصال وأثرها في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة.

|f This topic deals with the Media and Communication Science and its relationship with other sciences, and on the role that this science plays in its relationship with the masses as an essential element in making the function of this science a success. \nDevelopmental Media is an essential branch of media activity. The credit for its establishment goes to Wilbur Schramm, who highlighted the role of this media in the events of change and social development. \nThis study then revealed the concept of developmental media, its role in sustainable development, its characteristics as well as the functions and levels of media intervention in developmental work and the role of modern information and communication technologies and their impact on achieving sustainable development.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.

Le média de développement est une branche de l’activité médiatique, dont le fondateur est « Wilperschram » qu’a éclairé le rôle du média dans le changement et le développement social.
