المستخلص: Une approche du genre qui intègre les femmes comme actrices sociales en leur permettant une certaine visibilité, implique un dépassement du postulat de l’unicité de l’image du masculin dans l’analyse des phénomènes humains, image qui ne peut mettre en exergue la totalité de la réalité sociale. Le travail des femmes en général et le travail féminin salarié formel en particulier, est devenu un phénomène incontournable, au niveau sociétal mais également par l’intérêt que lui porte de plus en plus la recherche. Pour mieux saisir l’expérience Algérienne du travail salarié formel des femmes, il est nécessaire d’évoquer les conditions qui ont aidé à son émergence comme forme nouvelle d’activité même si, par ailleurs, faut-il le rappeler, les femmes ont toujours travaillé. Il est également important de comprendre le rapport des femmes à ce type de travail, par le quel elles se réapproprient, et réinterprètent les valeurs sociales existantes, produisant par cette dynamique une nouvelle réalité du travail salarié avec ses contradictions et paradoxes. En effet, cette nouvelle réalité place les femmes travailleuses au seuil d’une identité nouvelle en passant d’une minorité marginale à une minorité visible, actrice d’une manière ou d’une autre du changement social que l’on ne peut ignorer ;Ceci malgré le faible taux d’occupation, et l’absence d’un projet social influant concernant la participation des femmes au monde du travail rémunéré.

هذه الدراسة هي مقاربة من النوع الذي يدمج النساء فاعلا اجتماعيا، مما يمنحن بعض الرؤية. وهي تتضمن تجاوزا لهيمنة الصورة الذكورية في تحليل الظواهر الإنسانية، الصورة التي لا تستطيع أن تعكس مجموع الواقع الاجتماعي.
لقد أصبح عمل النساء والعمل النسوي المأجور والرسمي ظاهرة لا يمكن تجاهلها، سواء على المستوى المجتمعي، أم على مستوى الفائدة التي تجلبها للبحث.
ولإدراك التجربة الجزائرية في العمل المأجور للنساء فإنه من الضروري التطرق للشروط التي ساعدت على ظهور أشكال جديدة من النشاطات، على الرغم من أن النساء كن دوما يعملن.
كما أن من الأهمية أن نفهم علاقة النساء بهذا النمط من العمل.

This study is a kind of approach that integrates women as social actors, who give some vision. It includes a transcension of the dominance of the male image in the analysis of human phenomena, an image that cannot reflect the entire social reality.
Women's work and women's paid and formal work has become a phenomenon that cannot be ignored, both at the community level and at the level of the benefit which is brought to research. In order to recognize the Algerian experience of paid work of women, it was necessary to discuss the conditions that helped to create new forms of activities, although women had always worked.
It is also important to understand the relationship of women with this type of work.
