المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بالحوكمة الاقتصادية وأبعادها الستة ومدى تأثيرها في النمو الإقتصادي في الجزائر وعينة من بعض الدول المختارة، وذلك في ظل تطور الاقتصاديات نحو الإقتصاد المعرفي كون الحوكمة والنظام المؤسسي هي أحد أعمدة اقتصاد المعرفة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الدول التي حققت نتائج متقدمة في مجال الحوكمة وإدارة الحكم الراشد قد حققت مستويات مرتفعة في مؤشر اقتصاد المعرفة والنمو الإقتصادي.

Cette étude vise à identifier la gouvernance économique et étudier ses six variables et leurs effets sur la croissance économique en Algérie et dans certains pays sélectionnés. Ceci dans le cadre du développement de l'économie vers l'économie de la connaissance, sachant que le système de gouvernance et institutionnel est l'un des fondements de l'économie de la connaissance. Le résultat de l'étude montre que les pays qui ont atteint une bonne gouvernance ont était atteint une forte croissance et des indicateurs élevés de l'économie de la connaissance.

This study aims to define economic governance, its six dimensions, its extent of impact on the economic growth in Algeria and a sample of selected countries in the light of the development of economies towards the knowledge economy as governance and the institutional system are one of the pillars of the knowledge economy. The study concluded that the countries that achieved advanced results in the field of governance and the management of good governance, have realized high levels in the index of knowledge economy and economic growth
