المستخلص: يتلخص الهدف الأساسي لهذه الدراسة في محاولة إجراء تقييم اقتصادي للسياسات الزراعية التي اتبعتها الجزائر منذ الاستقلال وحق سنة 2014 واستخلاص الدروس من التجارب السابقة في هذا المجال والوقوف على أهم الإنجازات المحققة والعراقيل الواجب رفعها، ولمعالجة هذه المسألة وتحقيق أهدافها، فإننا نطرح الإشكالية التالية:
كيف يمكننا تقييم أداء السياسات الزراعية في الجزائر بعد خمسين سنة من الاستثمار في هذا القطاع؟ سنحاول معالجة هذه الإشكالية من خلال المحاور التالية:
- السياسات الفلاحية في الجزائر خلال خمسون سنة من الاستقلال (1962-2012 ).
- التقييم الاقتصادي لخمسين سنة من جهود الاستثمار في القطاع الفلاحي.
- الإنجازات المحققة والعراقيل الواجب رفعها.

En célébrant le cinquantième anniversaire de l’indépendance de l'Algérie, il est très important, en tant que chercheurs, d'évaluer l'expérience de l'Algérie dans le domaine agricole. Afin de traiter ce sujet et d’atteindre ses objectifs, on pose la problématique suivante :Comment peut-on évaluer la performance des politiques agricoles de l'Algérie après cinquante ans d’investissement dans ce secteur? Nous essayons de répondre à cette question à travers les points suivants :
- Le parcours des politiques agricoles en entre (1962-2012).
- Evaluation économique des cinquante ans d’investissement dans le secteur agricole.
- Les avantages obtenus et les obstacles à lever.
L’objectif de cette étude est de faire un bilan économique sur les politiques agricoles et rurales en Algérie. Cela est utile vu l’importance du secteur agricole et ses avantages qui se reflètent sur l’économie

The main objective of this study is to try to carry out an economic evaluation of the agricultural policies followed by Algeria since independence until the year 2014. The study also aims to draw lessons from the past experiences of this area and to identify the most important achievements and the obstacles to overcome. We pose the following questions to address this issue and achieve its objectives:
How can we assess the performance of agricultural policies in Algeria after 50 years of investment in this sector? We will try to address this problem through the following axes :
• Agricultural policies in Algeria during the fifty years of independence (1962-2012).
• Economic Development for 50 years of the efforts of the investment in the agricultural sector.
• Achievements achieved and obstacles to be lifted.
