المستخلص: يعد القطاع السياحي من اهم القطاعات الاقتصادية في العديد من الدول، فهو يعتبر مصدرا هاما من مصادر النقد الأجنبي وعنصرا مؤثرا في تنشيط الاستثمار وخلق فرص عمل جديدة والمساهمة في الناتج المحلي وفي ميزان المدفوعات، ومن خلال هذا البحث سنحاول التعرف على وضع قطاع السياحة ومدى مساهمته في الاقتصاد القومي الجزائري مع التطرق لاهم العوامل المتسببة في ضعفه والمرتبطة بالطلب السياحي، وذلك من خلال عرض لتطور هذه المساهمة في الفترة من 2000 إلى 2012 بالنسبة لبعض المتغيرات وهي الناتج المحلي الإجمالي والاستثمارات والعمالة وميزان المدفوعات، ثم سنحاول توضيح الوضع النسبي لقطاع السياحة مقارنة بالقطاعات السياحية الأخرى؛ مع تحليل لهيكل الطلب السياحي بالجزائر بشقيه المحلي والدولي الوافد.

Le secteur du tourisme est un secteur économique plus importants dans de
nombreux pays, il est considéré comme une source importante de devises
étrangères et un élément d'influence dans la stimulation de l'investissement et la
création de nouvelles possibilités d'emploi et de contribuer au produit intérieur brut
et la balance des paiements,
Dans cette recherche, nous allons essayer de diagnostiquer le développement du
secteur du tourisme algérienne et sa contribution à l'économie nationale, travers la
présentation de l'évolution de cette contribution dans la période 2000-2012 pour
certaines variables et le produit intérieur brut, l'investissement et l'emploi et la
balance des paiements, alors nous allons essayer de clarifier la position relative du
secteur du tourisme par rapport à d'autres secteurs économiques avec un analyse de
la structure du la demande touristiques, interne et international

The tourism sector is one of the most important economic sectors in many countries. It is an important source of foreign currency, an influential factor in respect to stirring investment, creating new job opportunities and contributing to the domestic product and balance of payments. Through this research, we will attempt to discern the situation of the tourism sector and the extent of its contribution to the Algerian national economy, whilst examining the most significant factors causing its vulnerability and those which are connected to touristic demand. That will be carried out by presenting the development of this contribution during the period between 2000 and 2012, in relation to some variables. These include the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), investments, currency and balance of payments. We will then attempt to explain the relative situation of the tourism sector in comparison with other sectors, accompanied by an analysis of the tourism demand structure in Algeria; both domestic and international.
