|a لا يختلف الاقتصاديين على أهمية ودور الاستثمار في مجال المؤسسات المصغرة في التوظيف والاستثمار ورفع معدلات التنمية الاقتصادية، وتهتم مختلف دول العالم ومع اختلاف سياساتها واختلاف مستويات تقدمها، نامية أو على طريق النمو بتقديم الدعم والنصح والمشورة لهذا النوع من الاستثمار، بهدف ضمان استمرارية هذا القطاع الحيوي حيث أثبتت التجارب والدراسات الاقتصادية أن الاستثمار في المؤسسات المصغر؛ يمثل أهم محركات التنمية، وأحد دعائمها الرئيسية لقيام النهضة الاقتصادية على مستوى الاقتصاد المحلي أو الإقليمي.

|d L’investissement dans les PME est de l’avis de tous les experts, l’un des moteurs de la croissance et de l’emploi, ce qui incite les pays de par leurs systèmes économiques ou leur type de gouvernance à développer les instruments d’accompagnement et de financement. Notre pays ne fait pas exception, cependant plusieurs entraves sont rencontrées par les investisseurs dans les PME, obstacles que nous aspirons à mettre sous lumière et proposer aussi des mesures susceptibles de les lever ou du moins à réduire de leurs effets néfastes.

|f Economists do not disagree upon the importance and role of investment within the area of micro-enterprises, in relation to employment, investment and raising economic growth rates. Various countries of the world, despite differences in their policies and the levels of their advancement; developing or upon the path of growth, are concerned with the provision of support, advice and consultation for this type of investment, with the aim of ensuring the continuity of this vital sector. That is as economic experiences and studies have established that investment within micro-enterprises, represents the most important of economic stimulants and one of its main supporting pillars for economic advancement upon the domestic and regional economic level.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.
