المستخلص: أصبحت المعلومة موردا استراتيجيا ذا قيمة إضافية جد هامة بالنسبة للمؤسسة، وذلك لأنها تمكنها من التحكم في التغيرات المستمرة للبيئة التي تنشط فيها، وتساهم في تطوير تنافسيتها وضمان بقاءها واستقرارها لأطول فترة ممكنة. ولذلك، فإن هذه الورقة البحثية تهدف لمعالجة مفهومين أساسيين، ولكنهما متناقضين تماما، للحصول على المعلومات واستخدامها؛ وهما مفهوم الذكاء الاقتصادي ومفهوم التجسس الاقتصادي. ومن أجل معالجة أفضل لموضوع بحثنا سنعتمد على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي من خلال استعراض أدبيات كل من الذكاء الاقتصادي والتجسس الاقتصادي، وهذا بغية تسليط الضوء على الاختلافات الأساسية بين هذين المنهجين. وسيستند هذا العرض على ثلاثة أجزاء رئيسية؛ بحيث سيركز الجزء الأول على مفهوم الذكاء الاقتصادي، وسيركز الجزء الثاني على مفهوم التجسس الاقتصادي، في حين سيركز الجزء الثالث على الاختلافات الجوهرية بين هذين المنهجين.

L’information est devenue une ressource stratégique à valeur ajoutée très importante pour l’entreprise, car elle lui permet de maîtriser les changements incessants de son environnement, d’améliorer sa compétitivité, et d’assurer sa stabilité et sa pérennité le plus longtemps possible. De ce fait, l’objectif de cette communication sera de traiter deux notions essentielles, mais totalement contradictoires, pour l’obtention et l’utilisation des informations ; celle de l’intelligence économique, et de l’espionnage économique.
Pour mieux traiter notre sujet de recherche nous allons adopter la méthode descriptive et analytique, en se basant sur une revue de la littérature de l’IE et de l’espionnage économique afin de mettre en exergue les différences fondamentales entre ces deux méthodologies.
Cet exposé se basera sur trois parties principales ; la première portera sur la notion de l’Intelligence Economique, la deuxième portera sur le concept de l’espionnage économique, tandis que la troisième portera sur les différences fondamentales entre ces deux méthodologies.

Information has become a strategic resource of great value to the organization, as it enables it to control the continuous changes in the environment in which it operates and to contribute to the development of its competitiveness and to ensure its survival and stability for as long as possible. This paper, therefore, aims to address two basic but completely contradictory concepts of access to information and its use, they are: the concept of economic intelligence and the concept of economic espionage. In order to address the subject of our research in a better way, we will adopt the descriptive and analytical approach by reviewing the literature of economic intelligence and economic espionage, this is to shed light on the fundamental differences between these two approaches. This presentation will be based on three main parts. The first part will focus on the concept of economic intelligence and the second one will focus on the concept of economic espionage, while the third part focuses on the fundamental differences between these two approaches.
