المستخلص: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى إمكانية قياس تكوين الرأسمال الاجتماعي capital social في الجزائر وأثر ذلك على مؤشرات التنمية المستدامة، خاصة أنه هو ليس وحدة واحدة في تكوينه ومحدداته ومصادره، المرتبطة بخصوصيته الاجتماعية واستعمالاته، ولان المفاهيم غير المتجانسة مثل: المجموعات، الشبكات، القواعد، الثقة، المعلومة والمشاركة وغيرها، الموظفة للانتفاع بها في العمليات الإنتاجية، ينتج عنها تعدد في أنواعه ومستوياته ومؤشراته القياسية، التي تترجمها أشكاله تكوينية ودورها العملي المستهدف للتنمية المستدامة وقد توصلت إلى نتيجة مفادها أن تكوين هذا الرأسمال له أثر كبير على محددات التنمية المستدامة خاصة في الجزائر والدول العربية.

Le capital du capital social n'est pas une seule unité dans sa composition et de ses déterminants et ses sources, qui sont affectées par l'aspect social et ses usages, parce que les concepts hétérogènes: les groupes, les réseaux, les normes, la confiance, l'information, la participation et tout autre employé pour l'utilisation dans le processus de production, résultant en une multiplicité de types et niveaux d'indicateurs standard, qui se reflètent dans ses formes de composition et son rôle pour l'objectif du développement durable.

This study seeks to measure the composition of social capital in Algeria and its impact on the indicators of sustainable development, especially because it is not one unit in its composition, determinants and sources related to its social specificity and its uses, and because of the heterogeneous concepts such as: groups, networks, rules, confidence, Information, participation and others, employed for their use in production processes which results in a multiplicity of types, levels and standard indicators, which are translated into formative forms and their practical role for sustainable development. The study concluded that the composition of this capital has a significant impact on the determinants of sustainable development, particularly in Algeria and the Arab States.
