|a نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إبراز الشروط اللازمة لإنجاح الإقلاع الاقتصادي، عبر الاستعانة بتجارب دول البريكس (البرازيل، روسيا، الهند، الصين وجنوب إفريقيا)، هذه الدول التي عرفت كيف تضع خطط تنموية ناجحة يمكن الاستعانة بها من طرف الدول النامية لكي تحذو حذوها. سنحاول تشخيص واقع حال الاقتصاد الجزائري من خلال التركيز على الفترة 2000-2015. كما سنعمل على كشف النقاب عن الإمكانيات والفرص التي مازالت متاحة للجزائر من أجل إنجاح تحولها من الاقتصاد الريعي إلى الاقتصاد المتنوع.

|d Nous allons essayer à travers ce papier, de mettre en valeur les conditions pour un décollage économique réussi, en se référant aux expériences des pays de BRICS (le Brésil, la Russie, l’Inde, la Chine, l’Afrique du Sud), qui ont su mettre des plans de développement pouvant être un model pour d’autres pays en voie de développement. Nous allons faire un diagnostique de l’économie algérienne en se focalisant sur la période 2000-2015. Ainsi, nous allons localiser les potentialités et les opportunités qui s’offrent encore à l’Algérie, afin de réussir une transition d’une économie de rente vers une économie diversifier.

|f The purpose of this research paper is to highlight the conditions for successful economic take-off by using the experiences of the BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa), these countries, which have learned how to develop successful development plans that can be used by developing countries to follow suit. We will try to diagnose the state of the Algerian economy by focusing on the period 2000-2015.
