المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى إبراز خيارات المؤسسات اتجاه ميثاق الحكم الراشد للمؤسسات الجزائرية حيث لا يعني بالضرورة شريحة معينة من المؤسسات الوطنية فهو يسمح ويشجع كل مؤسسة أيا كان حجم ونطاق أعمالها، لأن غياب الحوكمة يحد من إمكانيات الإبتكار والتطور؛ فالجزائر شعرت بأهميتها وبمزاياها المتعددة، فمن أجل التطبيق الفعلي وتجسيده واقعيا، مبادرتها الأولى كانت من خلال إعداد ميثاق الحكم الراشد للمؤسسات الجزائرية.وهذا ما قادنا إلى التفكير في دراسة ما مدى مساهمة ميثاق الحكم الراشد للمؤسسات الجزائرية في تطبيق الحوكمة؟
وتكمن أهمية البحث من خلال رغبة الجزائر في الإندماج في الإقتصاد العالمي الأمر الذي يجعل المؤسسات الجزائرية أمام تحديات جمة ونظرا للأهمية المتزايدة للحوكمة في تطوير اقتصاديات الدول.من أجل حل مشكلة البحث قمنا بتقسيم هذه الدراسة إلى ثلاثة محاور يتضمن المحور الأول مفاهيم عامة للحوكمة في الجزائر أما الثاني يتناول ميثاق الحكم الراشد للمؤسسات الجزائرية أما الثالث يتطرق إلى واقع الحوكمة في مؤسسة NCA رويبة الجزائر.

Cette étude vise à étudier le code algérien de gouvernance d’entreprise et de leur role dans la bonne application de la notion et des principes de gouvernance d’entreprise.
L’Algérie de sa part, a pris conscience de l’importance du terme gouvernance et de ses avantages multiples, pour concrétiser son application, son premier pas été l’élaboration d’un code algérien de gouvernance d’entreprise .dans ce cas la mesure de la contribution du pacte le code algérien de gouvernance d’entreprise ?
L'importance de la recherche par le désir de l'Algérie d'intégrer dans l'économie mondiale qui fait les institutions algériennes avant les énormes défis en vue de l'importance croissante de gouvernance dans le développement des économies.
Plan : - Concepts généraux dans fait de subir en Algérie.
- Le pacte de le code algérien de gouvernance d’entreprise .
- Le fait de gouvernance dans le NCA Rouiba L'Algérie.

The research aims at highlighting the institutional choices towards the Charter of Good Governance for Algerian Institutions, which does not necessarily mean a certain segment of national institutions. It allows and encourages every organization, whatever its size and scope of business, because the absence of governance limits the possibilities for innovation and development. Algeria felt its importance and its multiple advantages. For its actual implementation and its actualization, its first initiative was the preparation of the Charter of Good Governance for Algerian Institutions. This led us to think about the extent to which the Charter of Good Governance contributes to the implementation of governance by Algerian institutions.
The importance of research lies in the desire of Algeria to integrate into the global economy, which makes the Algerian institutions face great challenges given the growing importance of governance in the development of the economies of countries. In order to solve the problem of research, we divided this study into three parts. The first one includes general concepts of governance in Algeria. The second deals with the Charter of Good Governance for Algerian Institutions. The third deals with the governance reality of NCA Rouiba Algeria Foundation.
