المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الاجتماعي للشركات الخاصة في تحقيق الاستقرار والنماء للمجتمع الذي تعيش فيه. فالتطور في أدبيات مسؤوليات الشركات تركز على نوعين من المسؤولية لديها، الأول: المسؤولية الاقتصادية، والآخر: المسؤولية الاجتماعية. النوع الأول غني عن التعريف وهو الدافع الرئيس من نشوء الشركات، أما النوع الآخر فهو مجال البحث والدراسة ويرتبط بالعديد من المحددات التي قد تؤثر أو تتأثر به منها الأمن الاقتصادي، كون أن هذا الأخير تبدو مشاكله أكثر خطرا وتهديدا خاصة في الدول النامية بما فيها الجزائر. وقد توصلت الدراسة بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي عند الإشارة للإطار النظري لمتغيري الدراسة، والمنهج التحليلي بالاعتماد على بعض البيانات الإحصائية إلى أن الالتزام بقواعد المسؤولية الاجتماعية سيؤدي ذلك إلى تطوير المجتمع ونمائه ويتولد لديه شعور بالطمأنينة والأمن من كل التهديدات خاصة تلك التي تشكل خطرا على حياته عند غياب حاجياته الضرورية من مأكل ومسكن وسلامة صحية...

Cette étude a pour but de démontrer le rôle social des entreprises dans la réalisation de la stabilité et le développement de la société. Le développement en ce qui concerne la responsabilité des entreprises, repose sur deux éléments : la responsabilité économique et la responsabilité sociale. Cette dernière est l’objet du présent article, en raison de ses liens étroits avec la sécurité économique. Cette recherche descriptive et analytique, démontre que le respect des règles da la responsabilité sociale permet réellement un développement et une sécurité sociale, qu’elle soit relative aux besoins primaires que secondaires.

This study aims to highlight the social role played by private companies in achieving the stability and growth for the society in which they exist. The development of the corporate responsibility is focused on two elements: firstly, economic responsibility, secondly, social responsibility. The first type of responsibility doesn’t need any definition. it is the main motive for the emergence of the companies, while the other type is a field of research and study, which is linked to many determinants that may affect the economic security or may get affected by it, as the latter appears to be more dangerous and threatening, especially in developing countries including Algeria. The study, based on the descriptive approach when referring to the theoretical framework of the changes of the study and the analytical approach based on some statistical data, concluded that adherence to the norms and codes of social responsibility will lead to the development of a society and its growth and it will create a sense of peace and security from all threats, especially those threats which pose a threat to its life in the absence of the basic necessities including food, housing and health safety.
