هدف البحث الى الكشف عن يوميات عربيه أبريل 2017. واشتمل على العمل العربي المشترك. وأشار الى انعقاد الدورة الثانية عشرة لاجتماعات المجلس الوزاري العربي للكهرباء بمقر الأمانة العامة لجامعة الدول العربية في القاهرة. وذلك بهدف البحث في إطلاق سوق عربية مشتركة للكهرباء يمكن ربطها مستقبلاً بأسواق أخرى مثل شبكات الربط الكهربائي الأوروبية والأفريقية. وبين أنه وقع على هامش الاجتماع الوزاري وزراء الكهرباء والطاقة في مصر والكويت والسعودية والإمارات والبحرين والجزائر والسودان والعراق وسلطنة عمان وقطر وجزر القمر وليبيا والمغرب واليمن مذكرة تفاهم لإنشاء سوق عربية مشتركة للكهرباء تؤكد التزامهم السياسي. لدعم مسيرة الربط الكهربائي لشبكات البلدان العربية حيث أعلن الرئيس المصري عبد الفتاح السيسي أن التحرك المصري حيال مختلف الملفات الإقليمية وخاصة سورية وليبيا تحكمه مجموعة من المبادئ. وبين أنها تتمثل بالحفاظ على مفهوم وكيان الدولة الوطنية ووحدة وسلامة أراضيها والحيلولة دون انهيار مؤسساتها كخطوة مهمة وأساسية تحول دون انزلاق المنطقة نحو المزيد من الانقسام والتشرذم. كما أشار الى مشيراً إلى عدم إمكان حل النزاعات عسكرياً وكذلك الصراع العربي الإسرائيلي والعلاقات العربية الدولية وأيضا المجتمع المدني والشؤن القطرية. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The goal of the research is to reveal an Arab diaries in April 2017; including the joint Arab work . In addition, it referred to the convening of the twelfth session of the Arab Ministerial Council for Electricity at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Arab League States in Cairo in order to discuss the launch of a common Arab market for electricity that can be linked in the future with other markets such as European and African electrical networks. Moreover, it explained that the ministers of electricity and energy in Egypt, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Algeria, Sudan, Iraq, Oman, Qatar, Comoros, Libya, Morocco and Yemen signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a joint Arab market for electricity confirming their political commitment. This is to support the process of electric linkage networks of Arab countries, where that Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Sisi advertised that the Egyptian move towards various regional files, especially the files of Syria and Libya, are governed by a set of principles. In addition, it explained that it necessary is to preserve the concept and the national entity and unity and territorial integrity to prevent the collapse of its institutions as an important and fundamental step to prevent the region from sliding into further division and fragmentation. Furthermore, it pointed out that the conflict cannot be resolved militarily as well as the Arab-Israeli conflict and Arab international relations as well as civil society and national affairs.
