هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على الممارسات الديمقراطية في جامعة الكويت من وجهة نظر الطلبة من خلال الإجابة على السؤال الرئيس التالي: ما الممارسات الديمقراطية في جامعة الكويت من وجهة نظر الطلبة؟ كما هدفت التعرف على الأسئلة الفرعية التالية: 1- ما ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس للديمقراطية في جامعة الكويت من وجهة نظر الطلبة؟ 2- ما ممارسة الطلبة للديمقراطية في جامعة الكويت من وجهة نظرهم أنفسهم؟ 3- هل تختلف ممارسة الطلبة للديمقراطية باختلاف (الجنس، الكلية، مستوى المرحلة، الجنسية، المحافظة)؟ وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، حيث بلغ عدد الطلبة (1410) ولجمع البيانات تم بناء استبانة لذلك. وعولجت البيانات باستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية، والنسب المئوية، كما تم استخدام اختبار (t-test) واختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي (one-way-ANOVA). وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يأتي: -توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (a=0.05)، في ممارسة الطلبة باختلاف الكلية، والجنس وذلك لصالح الذكور. -لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارسة الطلبة باختلاف مستوي المرحلة والجنسية، باستثناء المشاركة واتخاذ القرار لصالح الطلبة الكويتيين، والمحافظة، باستثناء حرية الرأي والتعبير، ومجال المشاركة واتخاذ القرار والتدريس.
This study aims at answering the following principal question What is the The practicing Democracy by student at the University of Kuwait - also aims at identifying the following sub- Questions. This study aimed at identifying the following Sub – Questions: 1. What is the teaching staff is practicing the democratic principles and values from the view point of the students 2. What is the students of the University of Kuwait are practicing Democratic Principles and Values from their own view point ?. 3. Does the students, practice of democratic principles and values differ according to difference of (sex, college of level of group, nationality and govern orate)? In order to answer questions of this study the study sample is selected according to the stratified random selection style in which number of students is (1410), In order to collect data two questions are prepared. The data is processed by means of using means of using means, standard deviations. and percentage ratios, (4 test ). (One – Way – ANIVA) test, (BONFERRONI) are used also the results showed the following: the Practicing democracy among the student it reachs the highest in area of democratic values, where it reached (71.928), where as it reachs its lowest in the field of justice and Equality (68.138). From the view point of the Academic staff, the ratio of contribution and Decision – making scored highest (79), And lowest in the democratic values (64.554). there are differences of statistical significance on (alpha = 0.05) In the students, practices due to differences of faculty, sex for the sake of males, except for areas of contribution and decision – making. It is also clear, that there are no differences in the students, practice due to differences levels of Group and nationality, except for contribution and decision – making for the sake of Kuwait students and govern orate except for freedom of openion and expression and areas of contribution decision – making and teaching
