|a يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على الأساليب المعاصرة في إعداد المعلم، والتعرف على متطلبات التقدم التكنولوجي التي يحتاجها المعلم في عصر المعلوماتية، وتحديد الأدوار الجديدة للمعلم نتيجة التقدم التكنولوجي في عصر المعلوماتية، وبعد الاطلاع على الدراسات السابقة والأدبيات ووصفها وتحليلها، توصل البحث للنتائج التالية: • لابد من تطوير برامج إعداد المعلم لإعداده لمواجهة التقدم التكنولوجي في عصر المعلومات. • استحداث أساليب حديثة متطورة في إعداد المعلم لمواجهة التقدم التكنولوجي. • التوصل لمجموعة من متطلبات التقدم التكنولوجي التي يحتاجها المعلم في عصر المعلوماتية • ظهر أدوار جديدة متعددة للمعلم في ضوء التقدم التكنولوجي في العصر المعلوماتي. وعلى ذلك نوصي: بتطوير برامج إعداد المعلم، واستخدام الأساليب الحديثة في إعداد المعلم، وتضمين متطلبات التقدم التكنولوجي في برامج إعداد المعلم، وتفعيلها، والاهتمام بتنمية الأدوار الحديثة للمعلم التي فرضها عليه التقدم التكنولوجي.

And after reviewing literature, previous studies, describing and analyzing them; the researcher reached the following results: • The necessity of developing the programs of teachers preparation for meeting the technological advancement in the informatics era. •Innovating modern and advanced techniques in teacher preparation for meeting the technological advancement. • Getting a group of the requirements of technological advancement, that a teacher needs in the informatics era. • Appearing new and several roles for the teacher in the light of the technological advancement in the informatics era. Consequently; the most important recommendations were: Developing the programs of. Using the modern techniques in teacher preparation and including the requirements of technological advancement in the programs of teacher preparation and activating them. Concentrating on developing the modern roles of the teacher that, were imposed on him by technological advancement.
