هدف المقال الي القاء الضوء على التقرير السنوي للمجمع العلمي لسنة 2013. وتاريخ تأسيسه، والنص القانوني لإعادة تشكيله، وأهداف المجمع ومنها المحافظة على سلامة اللغة العربية. الاسهام الفعال في حركة التعريب. احياء التراث العربي والإسلامي في العلوم والآداب والفنون. إقامة صلات ثقافية مع جهات الاستشراف من مؤسسات وأفراد. وتناول المقال الوسائل الملائمة لتحقيق أهداف المجمع العلمي وهي وضع معاجم وموسوعات علمية ولغوية. نشر الكتب والوثائق القديمة والرسائل الجامعية. إقامة المؤتمرات وعقد ندوات ومواسم ثقافية. ومكونات المجمع العلمي، وأهم الدوائر العلمية للمجمع. وأشار المقال مهام رئيس المجمع، وقسم الشؤون الإدارية والقانونية، ووظائف شعبة الأفراد وشعبة التقاعد والأرشيف والشعبة القانونية والخدمات الإدارية وشعبة الآليات. وأظهر المقال وظائف شعبة الصيانة وهي الأعمال الكهربائية، والأعمال الميكانيكية والتدفئة والتبريد، والأعمال الإنشائية، والأعمال الصحية. وتطرق المقال بالتفصيل الى بعض أقسام المجمع العلمي كقسم الإعلام والعلاقات العامة، وقسم المكتبة، والمطبعة، والشؤون العلمية والهندسية، والرقابة والتدقيق الداخلي. واختتم المقال بعرض لأهم البحوث التي نشرت في المجلد الستين لعام 2013 في مجلة المجمع العلمي. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 The article aimed to shed light on the annual report of the Scientific Institute for the year 2013 the date of its establishment, the legal text for its restructuring. It also discussed the objectives of the Institute, including maintaining the integrity of the Arabic language, contributing effectively to the Arabization movement, reviving Arab and Islamic heritage in science, literature and arts, and establishing cultural links with supervision side's institutions and individuals. The article dealt with the appropriate means to achieve the objectives of the scientific institute, namely establishing dictionaries and encyclopedias scientific and linguistic, spreading books, old documents and university dissertations, organizing conferences and holding seminars and cultural events. The article also clarified the components of the scientific institute, and the most important scientific circles of it. The article outlined the duties of the President of the institute, the Administrative and Legal Division, the Personnel Division, the Retirement and Archives, the Legal and Administrative Services, and the Machinery Divisions. The article showed the functions of the Maintenance Division: such as electrical work, mechanical work, heating and cooling, and construction and health work. The article dealt in detail with some sections of the scientific institute such as the media and public relations, the library, and the printing division, the scientific and engineering affairs, and the supervision and internal audit. The article concluded with a presentation of the most important researches published in 60th Volume of 2013 in the journal of Science Institute.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
