المستخلص: The distinctive characteristic of the structure, which is a significant sign system, necessitates knowledge integration, and the convergence of applied procedures to approach texts produced by human culture. As a consequence, linguistics of the text occupies an important scientific and methodological place, to find sufficient and scientific answers for text questions, and to overcome the difficulties of the reader with different references of the text. This study seeks to bring answers to different questions related to the current international texts linguistics' experience, and its impact on the Arabic modem linguistics culture. We state some of the important ones: 1-How can we scientifically and deeply invest the current international epistemological and methodological experiences in the field of texts linguistics to promote the reading culture and update the procedures and techniques of text explanation and interpretation? 2-What are the effective ways to move easily from structural-linguistic to discursive-textual competencies linguistics? How can we integrate discourse approach into texts linguistics or deliberative linguistics or into both of them? 3-To what extent could texts linguistics studies establish its own system of concepts and terminologies to strengthen its existence in the field of the culture of texts? 4-Are the practical actions applied by text linguistics sufficient to find a methodological alternative ~at guarantees their objectivity, legitimacy as well as continuity?

إن الخاصية المميزة لبنية النص، من حيث هو نظام من العلامات الدالة، تستدعي تكامل معارف، وتلاقي إجراءات تطبيقية، لمقاربة النص المنجز في الثقافة الإنسانية. مما جعل لسانيات النص تتبوأ مكانة علمية ومنهجية تؤهلها مرجعيا وإجرائيا لإيجاد إجابات علمية كافية لكثير من التساؤلات التي تطرحها إشكالية النص، وتذليل الصعوبات والمعوقات التي تعترض سبيل القارئ المفترض لنص ما، على اختلاف المرجعيات الفكرية التي تؤطر ذلك النص. تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الإجابة عن كثير من الأسئلة التي لها صلة بواقع التجربة اللسانية النصية العالمية، ومدى تأثير ذلك كله في الوعي المنهجي في الثقافة اللسانية العربية المعاصرة. نجتزئ بذكر بعضها ههنا لأهميته: 1. كيف يمكن لنا أن نستثمر بوعي علمي عميق الإنجازات المعرفية والمنهجية المحققة في التجربة اللسانية النصية العالمية لترقية ثقافة القراءة، وتحيين آليات تفسير النصوص وتأويلها؟ 2. ما الطرائق الناجعة التي يمكن اعتمادها للانتقال بيسر من لسانيات الكفاية اللغوية – التركيبية إلى لسانيات الكفاية النصية – الخطابية؟ 3. إلى أي حد استطاعت الدراسات اللسانية النصية أن تؤسس لنفسها جهازا من المفاهيم والاصطلاحات لتعزز به حضورها في فضاء ثقافة النص؟ 4. هل الإجراءات التطبيقية المعتمدة في لسانيات النص كافية لإيجاد بديل منهجي مؤهل لإضفاء الشرعية على وجودها، وتحديد خصوصيتها، وضمان استمراريتها؟
