|a سعت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة السياسة السكانية ومدى تأثيرها على مستويات الخصوبة في الجزائر فالملاحظ أن لكل دولة سياسة محددة لتنظيم سلوك سكانها من الناحية الديمغرافية حاضرا ومستقبلا، وتشمل هذه السياسة مجموعة الإجراءات والبرامج التي تستهدف المتغيرات السكانية من الناحية الكمية والنوعية، بما يلائم حاجات المجتمع ومتطلبات نموه ورفاهية مواطنيه، أما بالنسبة لموضوع دراستنا فقد تمحور حول تتبع السياسة السكانية وأثرها على معدلات الخصوبة في الجزائر، حيث توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن السياسة السكانية لعبت دورا هاما في خفض مستويات الخصوبة وذلك بهدف تحقيق التوازن بين عدد السكان والمشاريع التنموية للبلاد.

|b This study aimed to recognize the population policy and its impact on fertility levels in Algeria, and what was noted is that each country has a specific policy to regulate the behavior of the inhabitants demographically during the present and the future, this policy includes a set of procedures and programs that target demographic variables from the quantitative and qualitative sides, in order to suit the needs of the community and the requirements of its growth and the welfare of its citizens. Concerning the subject of our study, it has focused on tracing the population policy and its impact on fertility rates in Algeria, and thus this study concluded that the population policy has played an important role in reducing fertility levels in order to achieve a balance between and the population and the development projects of the country.
