المستخلص: توالت جهود الائمة في ترتيب علم أصول الفه وتفتيحه، فبسطوا المبحث بالدلائل، وحرروا الاقوال وفرعوا المسائل، وجاء القرن الثالث والرابع الهجريين بجهودٍ غير مسبوقة، وكان أبرز أئمة القرن الرابع الذين صنفوا في هذا العلم: القاضي أبو بكر محمد بن الطيب الباقلاني البغدادي المالكي (403 ه)، فصنف ى الأصول تصانيف عدة، أشهرها كتابة الكبير "التقريب والإرشاد" وكان لكتابه المذكور منزلة خاصة لدي الأصوليين، إلا ان غالب الكتاب لا يزال في عداد ل، ولم يظهر منه سوي النصف الأول من مختصره " التقريب والإرشاد الأوسط" وغالب الباحثين عن آرائه إنما يرجعون الي هذا القدر المطبوع من أثاره، مع رجوعهم إلى "التلخيص" لإمام الحرمين (478ه)، والى نقولات الأصوليين المعنيين بنقل آرائه في ثنايا مصنفاتهم الأصولية، وقد لفت نظر الباحث منذ سنوات نصوص نادرة مسندة منقولة بحروفها من كتاب "التقريب" المذكور، وردت مفرقة في كتاب " الكفاية في أصول الرواية" للخطيب البغدادي (463ه)، رواها عن شيخه ابي الفضل ابن عمروس البغدادي (452ه)، عن شيخه ابي بكر الباقلاني. وهي نصوص عزيزة من مباحث "الاخبار " في كتاب" التقريب والإرشاد"، تمثل قطعة من الجزء المفقود من هذا الكتب، فتتبعها الباحث ورأي أهمية جمعها وإبرازها للباحثين لأسباب عدة، ثم حررها في هذا البحث، وختم ذلك بنتائج مهمه وتوصيات تؤكد على أهمية العناية بتراث هذا الامام في علم الأصول، وابرازها في معلمةٍ أصولية جامعة.
