المستخلص: This paper deals with Algeria's international and regional role in combating the financing of terrorism from the point of view of criminalizing the payment of ransom to terrorist groups. Algeria will finally submit proposals to the Security Council related to paying ransom to groups and fighting all means considered to be terrorist financing. It called on the international community to take preventive measures and deterrent approaches to curb and besiege the phenomenon of terrorism.

تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية دور الجزائر الدولي والإقليمي في مكافحة تمويل الإرهاب من مدخل تجريم دفع الفدية للجماعات الإرهابية، على أن تقدم الجزائر في الأخير مقترحات لمجلس الأمن بدفع الفدية للجماعات ومحاربة كل الوسائل التي تُعتبر تمويلا للإرهاب وتطالب المجتمع الدولي باتخاذ تدبير وقائية وأساليب ردعية للحد من ظاهرة الإرهاب ومحاصرته.

Ce document de recherche traite sur le rôle de l’Algérıe tant au nıveau natoınal que régıonal dans la lutte contre le fınancement du terrorısme et ce suıvant l’approche crımınalısant le paıement de ranons aux groupe terroristes, à charge aussi pour l’lgérie de présenter en final des propositions au canseil de sécurité pour criminaliser le paiement de rançons aux groupes terroristes et lutter contre tous Les moyens qui financent le terrorisme tout en appelant la communauté internationale à perdre des mesures préventives et des méthodes dissuasives pour réduire le phénomène du terrorisme voire le mettre en bouclage.
