المستخلص: توفر العمليات العسكرية والمناورة السيادية نوعا من الراحة من على الأحزمة الحدودية القومية. هذا بالنسبة للجيوش النظامية الممارسة لمدخلات الفن العسكري، وهو ما تعكف على التدرب عليه والتمرس عليه على الدوام، وهو الذي ما طالما فعلته تاريخيا. أما العمليات غير الفتاكة، والعمليات العسكرية السيادية على غرار المناورات العسكرية الجزائرية من على فوضى اللا أمن المستتب من على أحزمتها الحدودية الشبيهة بالحزام الباشتوني، فهي تعتمد بالأساس على وسائط ميدانية عملياتية قائمة على مدخلات المسح الاستراتيجي من مدخلي الضبط والتحكم في المساحات الجغرافية وهذا من خلال تفعيل نظم المعلومات الجغرافية وبحوث العمليات. والأمر يتوقف بالأساس على تلاحم عملية المعلومات الأمنية العسكرية ومكافحة تموضع نظم الرعب الحدودية عن طريق تفعيل مقاربة الموقعة الحدودية كمقاربة علمية عملياتية تجمع بين معطيات المسوحات الجغرافية السيادية وبناءات العقيدة السلوكية العسكرية (النظامية) كدليل توجيهي لبناءات نظم الأمن التقليدية وهذا لمواجهة القلاقل والتحديات التي قد تساهم في تقويض فاعلية وسائط الرد القومية، وهذا من خلال كبح عمليات الفتح الإستراتيجي للجيش السيادي كاستراتيجية معتمدة من أجل إعمار أمني لبعض المساحات التي قد تشكل بقعا عائمة أو ملاذا آمنا لشبكات الخارجية أو خلايا العنف والإرهاب العابر للقوميات. العنف والإرهاب العابر للقوميات. ومن هذا الباب يأتي هذا المقال من أجل إبراز مركز ثقل الفاعلية والجاهزية العملياتية العسكرية الجزائرية ما يتعلق منه وبناءات التوضع والتموضع الحدودي من أجل ضبط والتحكم الجغراسي في المساحات السيادية وهذا من خلال عمليات التلاحم بين المعلومات المكانية والقرار العملياتي الأمني العسكري، قصد إدارة أفضل لحدود الدولة مما يمكنها من تطبيق الجانب السيادي بصورة أكثر إحكاما. وهذا عن طريق تعزيز مقدرات القوات الأمنية الحدودية من خفر السواحل وإدارة تأمين الحدود. واتجاهات الظواهر الأمنية الحدودية Pattern كما ومكن التحليل المكاني القوات المسلحة الجزائرية من دراسة أنماط والتي مكنته من على الواجهة الشمالية الشرقية من الفضاء القومي الجزائري من تفعيل ما يعرف "بالعمليات العسكرية المركزية المجدية".
