|a يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على المشكلات والتحديات التي تواجهه الزراعة المصرية وخاصة قطاع المحاصيل الزراعية وتقديم رؤية لتطوير القطاع الزراعي وتحسين إنتاجيته من خلال الالتزام بمبادئ الإدارة الرشيدة. وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن استخدام طرق الإصلاح الإداري بالإدارة الرشيدة سيؤدي إلى زيادة الإنتاج الزراعي. كما سيؤدي إلى تحسين الإدارة البيئية بتوفير الطاقة ووقف تدهور الموارد الطبيعية بالإضافة إلى تحسين دخول المزارعين وأوضاعهم الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والصحية الأمر الذي سيساهم في التنمية ومواجهة الأزمة الاقتصادية الراهنة.

|b The present research aims to be acquainted with the problems and the challenges that face the agricultural sector and the crops, in specific. It presents a vision to develop the agricultural sector and improve its production through committing with the good administration principles (Governance). The research reaches to a group of results. The most important one is, using the administration reform methods with the good administration. This will results in increasing the agricultural production. Add to that, it will improve the environmental administration by saving power and stops the degradation of natural resources. Therefore, this will improve the farmers' income and their current economic, social, health condition, which will participate in the development and facing the current economic crisis.
