المستخلص: تقدير الاستفهام مسلك عن مسالك التأويل، له خطره وأثره، فتقدير الاستفهام فيما ظاهرة الإخبار قد يساعد في إدراك المراد من كلام الله عز وجل، وفهمه على وجه صحيح في بعض مواضع التنزيل، وخطره يرجع إلى أن دعوى تقدير الاستفهام فيما ظاهره الإخبار يمكن أن تقلب معنى الكلام من الإثبات إلى النفي والعكس؛ إذا كان مجاز الاستفهام المقدر الاستنكار والتعجب... ونحو ذلك. ويزداد هذا المسلك خطورة فيما ينبني عليه اعتقاد تتأثر به صحة الإيمان. لذا وجب التحري والتحقيق قبل ادعاء تقدير الاستفهام وإضماره. فإن قام به الاحتمال أسهم في حل المشكل، وكشف المعضل، وإلا فهو ضرب مردود من التقول.
كما أن له تعلقا بالمهارة في الأداء القرآني، فتنغيم الكلام قد يكون فيصلا بين الخبر والاستفهام، بل يمكن أن يلون الكلام بالتنغيم بمختلف المعاني المجازية التي يتضمنها الاستفهام المقدر؛ كالاستنكار، والتوبيخ، والتعجب، والتقرير... وغير ذلك.
وفضلا عما سبق؛ فإن التأويل بتقدير الاستفهام قد يترتب عليه اختلاف في الوقف والابتداء المناسبين، ولا يخفي أن القارئ الماهر المتقن أجدر أن يعلم ذلك.
وقد عقد هذا البحث على جزئيين؛ الأول: حرر بعض القضايا التأصيلية؛ كإيضاح معنى تقدير الاستفهام، وبحث جوازه، وسرد قرائنه، والجزء الثاني: درس المواضع التي قيل فيها بتقدير الاستفهام في القرآن الكريم؛ عارضا إياها على ميزان النقد؛ مرجحا ما رآه راجحا، ورادا ما لا يقوم للنظر، ولا يستقيم على قانون التأويل.

Estimation of Question is one of the interpretation methods, which has a great importance and effect. Estimation of Question in what presumed to be a statement might helps to correctly understand the meaning of Allah Almighty words, especially in some specific positions of revelation. Its great importance is due to the call to estimate question in what presumed a statement might completely change the real meaning of speech from negative to affirmative or vice versa, if the estimated question is for the purpose of criticism and wondering and the alike. This behavior becomes more dangerous in a belief that the validity of faith is based upon. Therefore, Investigation and Examination is a must prior to the claim of estimating and implying the question. If probabilities understood it then it contributed to the solution of the problem and revealing the dilemma, otherwise it is nothing but a fabrication. It is also connected to skill in the performance of the Quran, so the toning of speech may be the criterion between the statement and the question, moreover, speech can be diversified by toning to various metaphoric meanings that are included in the estimated question, such as denunciation, rebuke, exclamation, agreement and so on. In addition to the above, the interpretation by estimating the question may result in a difference in the appropriate stop and start. It is quite evident that the well skilled reader is worthy to know it. This study was conducted in two parts. First: included some of the rooting issues, such as explaining the meaning of estimating question, examining its permissibility, detailing its evidences. The second part: studied the places where it was said of estimating the question in the Holy Quran presenting them on the balance of criticism; overbalancing what he saw in favor and denying what is not to be considered, and not correct according to the law of interpretation.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
