المستخلص: The article aims to shed light on the general assets of the Islamic political system. The article pointed out that the Islamic political system has several assets or bases rely on them. The article discusses first asset; the Islamic political system is a legitimate system, which means that the supreme word in the state and society and in everything is for Allah the Almighty alone and the most important consequences of the Islamic political system being a legitimate system. The article discusses the second asset; the integration between the government and the people, and means of achieving integration between the government and the people. These means include consultation, advice, and enjoining the good and forbidding the wrong. The article presents the third principle: the balance between the government and the people, and the most important aspects of this balance, which are: the stability of Islamic legislation, ensuring the legitimacy of regulations, establishing an independent court to resolve the dispute that may arise between the nation or some of them, and the government or authority. Guarantee of individual right to form their personal convictions. The fourth article mentioned the obligation to obey the Imam in non-disobedience, and the most important consequences. The article concluded by analyzing the fifth asset: the unity of the Nation and the higher leadership, and the sixth principle: the goal of the political system in Islam is the reform of the world and the happiness in the Hereafter.

هدف المقال إلى إلقاء الضوء على الأصول العامة للنظام السياسي الإسلامي. وأشار المقال إلى أن للنظام السياسي الإسلامي عدة أصول أو قواعد يقوم عليها. كما تناول المقال الأصل الأول: النظام السياسي الإسلامي نظام شرعي، ويقصد به أن الكلمة العليا في الدولة والمجتمع وفي كل شيء تكون لله تبارك وتعالى وحده، وأبرز النتائج المترتبة على كون النظام السياسي الإسلامي نظام شرعي. وبَيّنَ المقال الأصل الثاني: التكامل بين الحكومة والشعب، ووسائل تحقيق التكامل بين الحكومة والشعب، ومن هذه الوسائل: الشورى، والنصيحة، والأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر. وعرض المقال الأصل الثالث: التوازن بين الحكومة والشعب، وأهم مظاهر هذا التوازن، والتي تمثلت في: ثبات التشريع الإسلامي، وكفالة شرعية التشريعات، وإنشاء محكمة مستقلة للفصل في النزاع الذي قد ينشب بين الأمة أو بعض منها وبين الحكومة أو السلطة، وكفالة حق الأفراد في تكوين قناعاتهم الشخصية. وذَكَرَ المقال الأصل الرابع: وجوب طاعة الإمام في غير معصية، وأهم النتائج المترتبة عليه. واختتم المقال بتحليل الأصل الخامس: واحدية الأمة والقيادة العليا، والأصل السادس: غاية النظام السياسي في الإسلام هي صلاح الدنيا وفلاح الآخرة.
