|a استهدفت الباحثة من هذه الدراسة توعية الأمهات عن طبيعة الإعاقات الشديدة والمتعددة لدى الأبناء وأسس التعامل معهم وتنمية مهاراتهم الاجتماعية والاستقلالية الأمر الذي يسهم في خفض الضغوط التي تواجه الأمهات، ولتحقيق ذلك فقد عملت الباحثة على مراجعة بعض الأدبيات والدراسات الحديثة التي تناولت هذا الموضوع من زوايا متعددة. وقد ركزت الدراسة على تحديد خصائص ذوي الإعاقات الشديدة والمتعددة، الضغوط النفسية لوالدي هؤلاء الأبناء، والاحتياجات التدريبية لأمهات ذوي الإعاقات الشديدة والمتعددة، ودور تلبية هذه الاحتياجات في خفض الضغوط النفسية لديهم. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن هناك عوامل تؤثر على الاحتياجات الوالدية نتمثل في العوامل الخاصة بالأم، و ذات العلاقة بالأبناء، كذلك مصادر الدعم المتاحة في البيئة المجتمعية، كما تتمثل الاحتياجات الوالدية في المفاهيم العامة والمهارات الاستقلالية والمهارات الاجتماعية، بالإضافة إلى أن أمهات الأبناء من ذوي الإعاقات الشديدة والمتعددة يواجهون أنواعا شتى من الضغوط النفسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية، هذا بالإضافة إلى وجود عوامل داخلية تحدد درجة تأثر الفرد بما قد يتعرض له من ضغوط، وأن معرفة طبيعة شخصية كل فرد تمكن من التنبؤ بما سيفعله في موقف ما. وقد أفادت نتائج تحليل الدراسات السابقة بارتفاع الضغوط لدى أمهات الأطفال ذوي الإعاقات الشديدة والمتعددة نتيجة الحزن الحاد على أطفالهن، وتتمايز الأمهات عن الآباء في ذلك، ويمكن التخفيف من حدة الضغوط والاضطرابات من خلال جهود علمية منظمة تستهدف ربط أواصر التعاون ودعم التنسيق والتكامل بين خدمات الإرشاد الأسري والعلاج الطبي إذا لزم الأمر بما يكفل جودة الحياة لجميع أفراد الأسرة، كما وأكدت أهم النتائج فعالية البرامج الإرشادية في خفض ضغوط الأمهات. وقد اقترحت الباحثة مشروع يساعد الأم على خفض الضغوط النفسية بحيث تصبح أكثر توافقا مع الآخرين واعتمادا على نفسها، كما يقدم بعض المعلومات والمهارات في ضوء نتائج الدراسة الحالية إلى كل من الإعلام وبعض المؤسسات التربوية المسئولة عن تربية الابن ذي الإعاقات الشديدة والمتعددة بما يساعد كل منهم على القيام بدوره المناسب.

|b Targeted researcher of this study educate mothers about the nature of severe and multiple disabilities in children and principles for dealing with them and the development of social skills and independence which contributes to reducing the pressures facing mothers To achieve this, it has worked researcher to review some of the literature and recent studies that addressed this topic from multiple angles . The study focused on identifying people with severe and multiple disabilities properties, psychological stress to the parents of these children, and training needs of mothers with severe and multiple disabilities, and the role meet these needs in reducing psychological stress they have. This study has found that there are factors that affect parenting needs represented in own parents factors, and the relevant sons, as well as sources of support available in the community environment, as is parental needs in the general concepts and skills of independence and social skills, as well as the mothers of children with severe and multiple disabilities are facing various kinds of psychological, economic and social pressures, in addition to the presence of internal factors determine the degree of the individual affected by what may be suffered from pressures, and personal knowledge of the nature of each individual was able to predict what he will do in what position. It reported the results of previous studies analyzing height of stress among mothers of children with severe and multiple disabilities as a result of acute grief over their children, and differentiate mothers for parents to do so, and can alleviate stress and disorders through scientific organization aimed at linking the bonds of cooperation and support for coordination and integration between the extension service efforts prisoners and medical treatment if necessary to ensure the quality of life for the whole family, as the most important results confirmed the effectiveness of the extension programs in reducing maternal pressures. The researcher proposed a mother helps to reduce the psychological pressure so that they become more compatible with others and on its own, it also offers some of the information and skills in the light of the results of the current study to both the media and some educational institutions responsible for raising Jr. ever severe and multiple disabilities, including helping them all to do the right turn.
