المستخلص: Research conducted in Cognitive Psychology confirms that changing thoughts and ideas is the right way to change human behavior, and the belief in the oneness of God. or tawheed. which is the greatest reason to correct thought requires the collect knowledge of Allah. His names and attributes. This is why there is repeated mention in the Quran and the Sunnah of the importance of knowing Allah’s names and attributes. And the backwardness therefore experienced by many Muslim communities around the world requires a true and firm stand with Allah’s names and attributes, so as to worship Him in a maimer pleasing to Him. To Allah belongs the most beautiful attributes , for He is above everything and able to do anything. Verily, in this knowledge is peace for the heart of the believer, so he works harder to attain the pleasure of his Lord by performing good deeds. Indeed, the awareness of individuals and communities is attained by learning the meaning of tawheed then applying this knowledge. However, many people do not lack the knowledge, and in fact what they lack is the application of the knowledge. This knowledge, and subsequent application, will help them benefit themselves as well as others raise a generation with the necessary force to create a better life experience like no other. Undeniably, one of the reasons companies and institutions have failed in ensuring overall quality and accountability is the fact that employees generally have lost the connection with their Rabb. Hence, reminding employees that Allah knows all and sees all and they will have to answer to Him 0n the Day of Judgment helps actively in ensuring quality and accountability. This research, therefore, recommends raising awareness of the importance of Allah's names and attributes, and the application thereof in all matters, by conducting training courses for individuals as well as companies and institutes. This is so that we achieve for our Ummah what we hope for in terms of progression and strength. This research paper includes an introduction, and an author’s note which includes: the definition of tawheed. and its divisions, and its importance in both the shariah and social contexts. This is followed by a review of the most important names of Allah. Then a conclusion Highlighting the findings and recommendations.

تؤكد كثير من البحوث التي أجريت في علم النفس المعرفي أن تغيير الأفكار هو الطريق الصحيح لتغيير سلوك الإنسان، وتوحيد الله الذي يعد أعظم دافع لتصحيح الفكر يتطلب صحة المعرفة به وبأسمائه وصفاته، ولهذا كثرت الدلائل في كتاب الله وسنة رسوله في بيانها وأهمية العلم بها، وإن التخلف الذي تعيشه كثير من المجتمعات الإسلامية يحتاج إلى وقفة صادقة مع هذا الوحيد، لنكون كما أراد الله نعبد رباً اجتمعت فيه صفات الكمال، فهو فوق كل شيء، قادر على كل شيء، فعال لما يريد، إن هذه المعرفة تشرح صدر الموحد، وتنشط بها همته، فيبادر إلى فعل الخيرات يتقرب إلى ربه. وإن وعي الأفراد والمجتمعات يكون بتعلم معنى التوحيد ثم تطبيقه، وكثير من الناس لا ينقصهم العلم، وإنما ينقصهم العمل والتطبيق، لينفعوا نفسهم، ثم ليقدروا على تربية العاملين معهم عليه تربية تنتج القوة المطلوبة لإيجاد حياة أفضل لن نجدها في المخططات الزمنية، أو جداول العمل، ولا أي وسيلة أو أسلوب يطبقه الآخرون. إن من أسباب صعوبة الوصول إلى برامج الجودة الشاملة في كثير من الشركات والمؤسسات كون المسؤولين عن وضع برامج الجودة لم يصلوا من تحت أيديهم بربهم، إن تذكير العاملين باستشعار عظمة الله ومراقبته، يسهم مساهمة فعالة في تحقيق الجودة. وهذا البحث يوصي بضرورة نشر الوعي بأهمية تطبيق توحيد الأسماء والصفات في العمل وسائر شئون الحياة، عن طريق عقد دورات تدريبية للأفراد والمؤسسات والشركات وغيرها، حتى نحقق لأمتنا ما نأمله من تقدم وقوة. ويتضمن البحث مقدمة، وتمهيد يشمل: تعريف التوحيد: وأقسامه، وأهميته الشرعية والاجتماعية، ثم استعراض لأهم أسماء الله الحسنى، ثم خاتمة تتضمن أبرز النتائج والتوصيات.
