|a قامت الجزائر في إطار سياسة الانفتاح الاقتصادي بتحسين مناخ الاستثمار الأجنبي بغية الاندماج في الاقتصاد العالمي؛ ولقياس مدى فعالية هذه السياسة، قمنا بدراسة قياسية باستعمال طريقة التكامل المشترك و طريقة (جرانجر)) لبيانات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر والصادرات في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2013-1990 وقد أثبتت هذه الدراسة مساهمة الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في نيابة الصادرات، لكن الدراسة التحليلية بينت أن هذه المساهمة لم ترق لتنويع الصادرات خارج المحروقات، مبرهنة بذلك صحة بعض الأدبيات التي تشير إلى أن تدفق الاستثمار الأجنبي مرهون بخصائص صادرات البلد المضيف.

|b In the framework of economic openness policy Algeria rely on the attraction of foreign investment in order to achieve the substitution of Imports, and to measure the effectiveness of this policy, we have used a statistic study applying co-integration and the Granger methods on foreign direct investment and exports data in Algeria during the period 1990-2013 and we have concluded that the foreign direct investment in Algeria contribute in increasing exports, but the analytical study showed that this contribution did not live up to diversify exports beyond hydrocarbons, this fact demonstrate the validity of some theories’ that indicates that the flow of foreign investment depends on the characteristics of the country’s exports.
