|a سنحاول في هذا البحث إبراز أهمية نصوص النوازل في رفد العلوم الإنسانية عامة، والبحث التاريخي خاصة، كما سنأتي بأمثلة من بعض المتون المخطوطة والمطبوعة، وغايتنا لفت الانتباه إلى أهمية هذه النصوص للمؤرخ المعاصر، منبهين في الوقت نفسه إلى ضرورة خروجها من حيز النصوص المهملة، في الوقت الذي تستثمر فيه النصوص والوثائق الأجنبية في كتابة تاريخنا. من هنا، سنتطرق إلى مفهوم النوازل الفقيهة ومجالاتها المختلفة. كما سنقف عند أهمية النوازل للتاريخ العام بما فيه التاريخ الديني والاجتماعي والاقتصادي والعقلي، مع التمثيل لكل مجال تاريخي بنصوص نوازلية من التراث المغربي، والانتهاء إلى خلاصات من خلال ما سلف.

|b In this article we will try to highlight the importance of the texts of “Nawazil” (fatawi) in the writing of history, we will provide examples of some of the manuscripts and printed texts. As well Our main goal is to chaw attention on the importance of these texts for the modern historian and the same time to aware people of the need to get these texts out of ignorance or neglect while foreign texts and documents exploit and invest them in the writing of our history. We will shed light on the concept of “Nawazil” and its various fields. We will also stand on the importance of Nawazil” in general history. Including the religious, social, economic, mental, with representation for each of the historical field using “Nawazil” texts from the Moroccan heritage, and end up with conclusions of the foregoing.
