المستخلص: يهدف البحث التعرف إلى:- 1- درجة امتلاك مهارات الاقتصاد المعرفي لدى تدريسي كليات و أقسام التربية الرياضية في جامعات إقليم كردستان العراق. 2- دلالة الفروق في درجة امتلاك مهارات الاقتصاد المعرفي تبعا للمتغيرات الديمغرافية لدى تدريسي كليات و أقسام التربية الرياضية في جامعات إقليم كردستان العراق. واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي المسحي لملائمته الدراسة الحالية, اشتمل مجتمع البحث علي (259) تدريسيا و تدريسية في كليات و أقسام التربية الرياضية التابعة، إلى وزارة التعليم العالي و البحث العلمي لإقليم كردستان العراق للعام الدراسي (2015- 2016) وقسموا إلى عينة البناء، التطبيق. واشتملت عينة البناء عل (162) تدريسيا واللذين يقومون بعملية التدريس الفعلي في (8) كليات وإقسام التربية الرياضية، واشتملت عينة التطبيق علي (97) تدريسيا في (3) كليات وأقسام التربية، الرياضية، في إقليم كردستان العراق و، فقد قام الباحثان ببناء مقياس يتلائم مع طبيعة البحث وأهدافه، تمت معالجة البيانات إحصائيا عن طريق استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي Spss و Excel في احتساب المعاملات الإحصائية. وتوصل الباحثان إلى الاستنتاجات الاتية: 1- درجة امتلاك تدريسي كليات واقسام التربية، الرياضية في إقليم كردستان العراق لمهارات الاقنصاد المعرفي كانت كالاتى (أدوار المعلم ، استراتيجيات التدريس، أدوار المتعلم، استراتيجيات التخطيط ) جاءت بدرجة عالية، واما بالنسبة إل (تكنولوجيا المعلومات، استراتيجيات التقويم) جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، اما الدرجة الكلية للمقياس فجاءت بدرجة (عالية). 2-وجود فروق ذات دلالة معنوية في درجة امتلاك تدريسيي كليات واقعسام التربية الرياضية لمهارات الاقتصاد المعرفي تبعا لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي ولصالح الذكور. 3-لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة معنوية فى درجة الامتلاك لتدريسيي كليات واقسام التربية الرياضية لمهارات الاقتصاد المعرفى لمتغيرات( الشهادة، القب الخلص، الخبرة، الجامعة)

The research aims are to identify the: 1. Degree of possession of the knowledge economy skills of lecturers of colleges and departments of physical education at universities of Kurdistan region of Iraq 2. The significant differences in the degree of possession of the knowledge economy skills depending on the demographic variables of the lecturers of colleges and departments of physical education at universities of Kurdistan region of Iraq. The researchers used a descriptive survey for it is suitability for the current study; the research community included (259) lecturers of colleges and departments of Physical Education belonging to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Kurdistan region of Iraq for the academic year (2015-2016) and divided into construction and application samples. The construction sample included (162) lecturer that were selected purposively from the research community and who were conducting the actual teaching in (8) colleges and departments of physical education , and the application sample included (97) lecturers in (3) colleges and departments of physical education in the Kurdistan region of Iraq. The researchers built a scale that fits with the nature of the research and its objectives, and has processed data statistically by using statistical program Spss and Excel to calculate the statistical transactions. The researchers reached the following conclusions: 1. The degree of possession of lecturers of colleges and departments of physical education at universities of Kurdistan region of Iraq for the skills of knowledge economy was as follows (the roles of teacher, teaching strategies, the roles of learner, planning strategies) came with a high degree, and as to the (information technology, assessment strategies) came to a fair degree, while the total score for the scale came with a high degree. 2-There were a significant difference in the degree of possession of lecturers of colleges and departments of physical education for the knowledge economy skills depending on the variable of gender differences in favor of males. 3. There were no significant differences in the degree of possession of lecturers of colleges and departments of physical education for the knowledge economy skills for variables (certificate, Scientific Title, experience, university).
