المستخلص: استهدفت هذا البحث تسليط بعض الضوء على رأس المال الفكري (الموجودات غير الملموسة)، وأهميته في تنمية القدرات التنافسية لدى طلاب جامعة أسيوط، ووضع تصور مقترح لتعظيم رأس المال الفكري بجامعة أسيوط من أجل بناء وتنمية القدرات التنافسية لدى طلابها وتعزيزها، والتي تفضي إلى تحقيق الميزة التنافسية لجامعة أسيوط.
واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي، واستخدام استبانتين-من إعداد الباحث-إحداهما تم تطبيقها على عينة من الأعضاء بلغت (330) عضوا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالكليات النظرية والعملية بجامعة أسيوط؛ وذلك لتعرف واقع رأس المال الفكري بالجامعة، والأخرى تم تطبيقها على عينة من الطلاب بالفرق النهائية بلغت (1638) طالبا من طلاب الكليات النظرية والعملية بالجامعة؛ وذلك لتعرف واقع القدرات التنافسية لدى الطلاب بجامعة أسيوط.
وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج، من أهمها: أن مكونات رأس المال الفكري المتمثلة في قيم الجامعة، والأنشطة الطلابية، والمقررات الدراسية، ورسائل الماجستير والدكتوراه وبحوث الترقية لها تأثير إيجابي مباشر في تنمية القدرات التنافسية لدى الطلاب أعلى من تأثير كل من الإصدارات والوثائق، والندوات والمؤتمرات، والمشروعات البحثية.
وفى ضوء هذه النتائج وغيرها ، قام الباحث بوضع تصور مقترح للاهتمام برأس المال الفكري في جامعة أسيوط؛ كمية القدرات التنافسية لدى طلابها. هذا وقد ذيل الباحث هذا البحث ببحوث مقترحة وبقائمة للمراجع.


This research aimed to shed some light on intellectual capital (intangible assets), and its importance in developing the competitive capabilities of students of Assiut University, and to develop a proposed vision to maximize the intellectual capital at Assiut University in order to build and develop the competitive capabilities of its students and enhance them, which lead to the achievement of a competitive advantage for Assiut University.

The research was based on the descriptive approach, and the use of two questionnaires - prepared by the researcher - one of which was applied to a sample of (330) faculty members in the theoretical and practical colleges at Assiut University in order to know the reality of the intellectual capital at the university. The other questionnaire was applied to a sample of students at the final years amounting to (1638) students from the theoretical and practical colleges of the university in order to know the reality of the competitive capabilities of students at Assiut University.

The research reached several results, the most important of which are that: The components of intellectual capital represented in the university's values, student activities, academic courses, master's and doctoral theses, and promotion research have a direct positive impact on developing students' competitive abilities more than the impact of publications, documents, seminars, conferences, and research projects.
In light of these and other results, the researcher developed a proposed scenario for the interest in intellectual capital at Assiut University. The quantity of competitiveness of its students. This researcher appended this research with proposed research and a list of references.
