تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في التعرف على الوضع الراهن للاقتصاد الإسرائيلي، وبالتالي فإن الهدف الرئيسي في بيان مواطن القوة والضعف فيه، وقد تم تنفيذ ذلك من خلال قراءة تطور الاقتصاد الإسرائيلي وآثاره، وتحليل مؤشرات الاقتصاد الكلي واتجاهاتها. وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، عبر تقسيم البحث إلى أربعة أقسام، يتناول الأول تطوير الاقتصاد الإسرائيلي بدءا من النشأة إلى العقد الأخير أيضا، والإشارة إلى تطور السياسة الاقتصادية الإسرائيلية، ويستعرض القسم الثاني إمكانات القوة في الاقتصاد الإسرائيلي، أما القسم الثالث يتطرق الى التحديات التي تواجهه، أما القسم الرابع فينتهي بالخاتمة والنتائج. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن طبيعة التطور التي واكبت الاقتصاد الإسرائيلي، أوجدت فيه بعض العوامل المتباينة من القوة والضعف في نفس الوقت. فالاقتصاد الإسرائيلي بتميز بالدخل المرتفع للفرد، والقدرة على تجنيد مستوى مرتفع ودائم من التمويل الدولي، وعقد الاتفاقيات الاقتصادية الخارجية لصالحه. وعلاوة على ذلك، فإنه لديه القدرة على التطبيق الواسع لمفهوم القطب الاقتصادي، والتخصص في إنتاج التكنولوجيا الفائقة، وارتفاع حجم العنصر البشري المدرب تدريبا جيدا على استخدام التكنولوجيا العالمية. ويواجه الاقتصاد الإسرائيلي من ناحية أخرى، العديد من التحديات، أهمها التضخم المالي. وارتفاع تكاليف المعيشة، والأزمة الاقتصادية الملاصقة للتطور الاقتصادي، والأنفاق العسكري الضخم، وهناك تحديات أخرى مثل ندرة الموارد الطبيعية، وضيق السوق المحلي، والعجز الدائم في ميزان المدفوعات والتبعية للعالم الخارجي.
The current study aimed at identifying the status quo of the Israeli Economy, so the main goal was to pinpoint the strength and weakness factors. This was implemented through surveying the Israeli Economy development and its impacts, and analyzing economic indicators as whole and its trends. The study utilized the analytical-descriptive approach by dividing it into four sections. The first one looks at the Israeli Economy development starting from the establishment of it to the last decade. Also, it shows the development of the Israeli Economy Policy. The second section the strength possibilities of the Israeli Economy. The third one talks about the challenges, and the fourth one shows the conclusion and the findings. The study concluded that the nature of development for the Israeli Economy showed some big differences between strength and weakness at the same time which impacted the course of development. The Israeli Economy is characterized by high income of the individual, the ability to empower a high and constant level of International funding, and the ability to strike foreign economic agreements for its sake. Moreover, it has some strength factors; such as, the wide application for polarized economy concept, the specialization in high-tech production, and the high availability of well-trained people to use international technology. On the other hand, it faces many challenges, and the most important of all is financial inflation. In addition, the high costs of living, the economic crisis adjacent to the economy development, and the huge expenses on military are some of the main challenges. There are also some challenges; such as, the rare natural resources, the narrowness of the local market, the lasting shortage in the budget of paid money and the subjection to the outside world.
