|d Avec l’air numérique qui sévit notre monde, notre vie quotidienne, les risques d’être victime d’une attaque cybercriminelle sont de plus en plus élevés, vus l’explosion du tôt de la cybercriminalité, ce phénomène criminel cache derrière lui une catégorie si spéciale dans le monde de la criminalité appelé « cybercriminels », ces criminels ont des caractéristiques spéciales, une personnalité hors normes, une vie , un monde propres a eux plein d’énigmes et de secrets , ce qui a crée un champ d’études pour les criminologues , afin de dessiner un profil type pour ces criminels , pour éclaircir le coté obscur de leur personnalité , et c’est ce qui nous a poussé a entamé cette étude , avec objectif d’obtenir des résultats qui peuvent nous aider a mieux comprendre le phénomène de la cyber-délinquance .

|f In the world of criminality, a modern type of criminal behavior has emerged, known as “cybercrime.” This behavior is of a unique nature and has produced data of a particular kind that has been poured into the field of criminology, by singling out a special category for it, and was known by several names from hackers, scammers and finally was called “cybercriminal.” This distinctive category in the world of criminality, through its specifications and descriptions, has attracted the attention of researchers, making it an updated subject of study and research from the perspective of criminology. In this research, we wanted to draw a scientific model of the personality of these criminals with special characteristics, compared to other criminals in order to clarify the confusion that exists about the extent to which these persons are considered to be among the criminals’ category given that they do not show the physical violence that is typical for other crimes and, in particular, they depend on information technology for their crime. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.

|a ظهر في عالم الإجرام نوع حديث من السلوكات الإجرامية أصطلح عليها "الجرائم المعلوماتية"، هذه السلوكات ذات الطبيعة ذات الخاصة، أفرزت معطيات من نوع خاص صبت في خانة علم الإجرام، من خلال استفراد فئة خاصة بإتيانها، عرفت بعدة تسميات من قراصنة المعلوماتية، الهكرة، المحتالون المعلوماتيون، إلى أن أستقر على تسمية "مجرمي المعلوماتية"، هذه الفئة المميزة في عالم الإجرام من خلال مواصفاتها وأوصافها أثارت انتباه الباحثين، ما جعل منها موضوعا مستحدثا للدراسة والبحث من منظور علم الإجرام، وقد أردنا من خلال بحثنا هذا رسم نموذج علمي لشخصية هؤلاء المجرمين ذوي المواصفات الخاصة مقارنة بغيرهم من المجرمين، و ذلك لأجل توضيح اللبس القائم حول مدى اعتبار هؤلاء ضمن فئة المجرمين، نظرا لاستغنائهم عن مظاهر العنف المادي المعهود في باقي الجرائم الأخرى، واعتمادهم بالخصوص على تقنية المعلوماتية في مجال إجرامهم.
