|d Nous essayons à travers cet article de présenter une approche analytique de quelques éléments culturels qui gère encore le comportement reproducteur de plusieurs femmes algériennes, malgré le changement social majeur qui a contribué à l’amélioration de son statut…le désir dominant d’avoir un garçon est régi par un ensemble de déterminants et de représentations masculines qui persistent à influer énormément sur le statut de la femme, ainsi que sa réalité sociale, dont sa gravité réside peut être dans ses répercussions sur la santé, surtout qu’elles prennent des dimensions influentes, sans doute dans sa relation avec son statut conjugal hypothéqué par sa production , et avec la continuité de sa vie conjugale pour devenir ainsi un cas humanitaire qui exige plus d’assistance sociale.

|a سنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة العلمية تقديم مقاربة تحليلية لبعض المحددات الثقافية التي لا تزال تسير السلوك الإنجابي للكثير من النساء الجزائريات رغم التغيير الاجتماعي الهام جدا الذي ساهم في تحسين وضعيتها.. فالرغبة المهيمنة في حتمية إنجاب الذكر تحكمها جملة محددات وعوامل حقيقية وتصورات اجتماعية وتمثلات ذكورية أثرت- ولا تزال- على وضع المرأة وعلى واقعها الاجتماعي بشكل كبير، ولعل خطورتها تكمن في انعكاساتها الصحية لا سيما وأنها قد تأخذ أبعادا مؤثرة دون شك في علاقتها بوضعها الزواجي المرهون بالإنجاب وبمدى استمرار حياتها الزوجية لتتحول إلى حالة إنسانية تحتاج إلى أكثر من مساندة اجتماعية...

|f Through this scientific paper, we will try to provide an analytical approach to some of the cultural determinants that still conduct the reproductive behavior of many Algerian women despite the very important social change that contributed to improving their status. The dominant desire for the inevitability of preference for male children is governed by a number of determinants, real factors, social perceptions, and male representations that have, and are still, influenced the status of women and her social reality in a significant way. Perhaps its danger lies in their health implications, especially since they may undoubtedly take on significant dimensions in relation to her marital status, which dependent on giving birth and to the extent of their marital life, becoming a humanitarian situation that requires more than social support.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.
