المستخلص: Le Problème des bordures géographiques héritées de la partition coloniale, et les conflits existant dans le Sahara ouest de puis plus de 40 ans constituent toujours une majeure source de tensions politiques et diplomatiques entre l'Algérie et le Maroc. Ces intensions ont augmenté surtout après la violence terroriste décimale vécue par notre pays dans les années 90 du 20 e siècle, ainsi qu’à cause des accusations intensifiées entre les deux voisins concernant, Ce qui résulte la fermeture de la frontière entre les deux pays en 1994, Ces problématiques existants entre les deux pays empêchent encore la convergence réelle unioniste entre les peuples et les gouvernements appelé "Union du Maghreb arabe" qui est resté à l'arrêt pendant plus d'un quart de siècle d’incorporation.. Cette feuille scientifique on étudie le problématique dans le contexte d'une approche délibérément l'histoire comme une plate-forme, Et la recherche historique et l'analyse comme des outils pour la recherche cognitive cadrage.

The problem of political borders inherited from colonial division, and the conflict in Western Sahara that has existed for more than 40 years, continues to be a major source of political and diplomatic tensions between Algeria and Morocco. They have intensified after a decade of terrorist violence experienced by our country during the 1990s, and mutual accusations between the two neighbours escalated, leading to the closure of the border between the two countries in 1994. This represents problems that prevent the true unity between the peoples and governments of the “Moroccan Union,” which has been in place for more than a quarter of a century of founding!. This scientific paper is a follow-up to the topic — the problematic approach to the intentional history as a ground, and the methodology of historical investigation and analysis as tools for research and cognitive framework.

إن مشكلة الحدود "السياسة الموروثة عن التقسيم الاستعماري، والنزاع القائم في الصحراء الغربية منذ أزيد من 40 سنة ولا يزال، يشكلان مصدراً رئيساً للتوترات السياسية والدبلوماسية المترتبة عنه بين الجزائر والمغرب. وقد تزايدت حدتها بعد عشرية العنف الإرهابية التي مرت بها بلادنا خلال عقد التسعينيات من القرن 20م، وتصاعد الاتهامات المتبادلة بين الجارتين مما أفضى إلى غلق الحدود بين البلدين عام 1994م. تمثل هذه إشكاليات تحول دون التقارب الوحدوي الحقيقي بين شعوب وحكومات "الاتحاد المغاربي"؛ الذي بقي يراوح مكانه منذ أكثر من ربع قرن من التأسيس!.. الورقة العلمية متابعة للموضوع – الإشكالية في مقاربة تعمد التاريخ كأرضية، ومنهجي التقصي التاريخي والتحليل كأداتين للبحث التأطير المعرفي.
