|a يتناول هذا البحث مسألة مهمة وهي: حكم الإلزام بتعدد الزوجات في أوقات الأزمات، حيث يركز البحث على مفهوم تعدد الزوجات، وأن الأصل في الزواج التعدد بشرط العدل والنفقة بين الزوجات، ولولي الأمر أن يأمر بالتعدد لتحقيق؛ مقصد شرعي بضوابط معينة؛ لوجود ضرورة أو حاجة تدعو إلى ذلك، بشرط أن لا تكون هناك عقوبة زاجرة: كالإعدام أو السجن المؤبد لمن لا يطبق أمر ولي الأمر بالتعدد.\nوقد تم تقسيم البحث إلى: مقدمة وبحث تمهيدي وثلاثة مباحث. \nالمقدمة: بينت فيها أهمية الموضوع، وخطة البحث.\nالمبحث التمهيدي: بينت فيه تعريف مفهوم تعدد الزوجات ومشروعيته.\nالمبحث الأول: بينت فيه الأصل في الزواج التعدد.\nالمبحث الثاني: بينت فيه شروط إباحة التعدد.\nالمبحث الثالث: بينت فيه دور ولي الأمر في وجوب تعدد الزوجات.\nالخاتمة: ذكرت فيها أهم النتائج.\nوقد توصل الباحث إلى أنه يجوز لولي الأمر أن يلزم بالتعدد إذا كان هناك مصلحة مرجوة منه، بشرط ألا تكون دائمة، وإنما تنتهي بانتهاء المصلحة التي من أجلها أوجب التعدد، وأن لا يفرض عقوبة زاجرة لمن لا يريد التعدد

|f This research deals with an important issue which is compulsion of polygamy in times of crisis. The study focuses on the concept of polygamy, and that multiple marriages is based on the condition that justice and expenses is provided among the wives. The guardian may enjoin polygamy to achieve a rightful purpose with certain restrictions and when there is a need and necessity for that, provided that there is no deterrent penalty, such as death or life imprisonment for those who do not obey the guardian's decree for polygamy.\nThe research was divided into: an introduction, a preliminary section and three topics.\nIntroduction: The importance of the subject and the research plan is explained.\nThe preliminary section: The definition of the concept of polygamy and its legitimacy is reviewed.\nThe first topic: Where the origin of polygamy is explained.\nThe second topic: It explained the conditions of the legalization of polygamy.\nThe third topic: It clarified the role of the guardian in the necessity of polygamy.\nConclusion: The most important results are mentioned.\nThe researcher has concluded that a guardian is allowed to enjoin polygamy if there is a desirable interest, provided that it is not permanent, but it ends with the end of the interest for which it is necessary to polygamy, and not impose a deterrent penalty for those who do not want polygamy.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
