|a اعتنى البحث ببيان مرونة المذاهب الفقهية وعدم الجمود على قول أحد إن لم يكن مفيدا في الواقع، من خلال دراسة تطبيقية باستخراج المسائل التي اختار فيها القدوري في "مختصره" المشهور غير قول أبى حنيفة من أقوال أصحابه، فبينت في المبحث الأول: اختياره لقول أبي يوسف في أربع مسائل، وقول محمد بن الحسن في أربع مسائل، وقول الحسن بن زياد في خمس مسائل، وقول زفر بن الهذيل في مسألة واحدة، وقول الحسن بن صالح في مسألة واحدة، وفي المبحث الثاني: بينت اختيارات القدوري المخالفة لظاهر الرواية، حيث خالف في أربع مسائل معتمدا على أصول البناء، وخالف في ست مسائل معتمدا على رسم المفتي، وقدمت قبل ذلك كله بتمهيد في مكانة "مختصر القدوري"، فهو الأساس المتين لمن لحقه من كتب المذهب، وشرح في مئات الشروح من قبل أكابر علماء المذهب، ويعد من أبرز الكتب تدريسا في المناهج عالميا، وترجم إلى لغات عديدة.

|f The research took care of explaining the flexibility of the Fiqh (Jurisprudential) schools and the lack of rigidity in the words of anyone, if not useful in reality, through an applied study by extracting the issues in which Al-Qodouri chose in his famous, the interpretations of the companions of Abu Hanifa but not of his own. In the first chapter, I explained his selection of Abu Yusuf’s interpretations in four matters, Muhammad Bin Al-Hassan’s interpretations in four matters, Hassan Bin Ziyad’s interpretations in five matters, Zafar Bin Al-Huail’s interpretation in one matter and Al-Hassan Bin Saleh’s interpretation in one matter. In the second chapter, I explained Al-Qudouri's selections that differed from the literal meaning of the narration, where he disagreed on four issues based on the principles of the structure. He disagreed in six issues based on the charting of the mufti (Islamic jurist). Before all that I have presented an introduction about the significance of “Mukhtasar Al-Quduri”. It is a solid foundation among the books of doctrine, one of the hundreds of annotations by the most eminent scholars, and is one of the most prominent books taught in the curriculum around the world, and translated into many languages.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
