المستخلص: 1 -The operation of conversion the human race is a conversion of the male to female and the female to male. Through hormonal treatments and surgical interference. It representd by removal of the genitalia for male and female to satisfy the pervert feeling for person who wants the change. 2 - The operation of conversion the human race is forbidden in legal due to many (Fatwas) Islamic views in this matter especially Fatwa of Islamic Fiqh council that belong to Muslim world league because it represents change of Allah creation. 3 – There's a difference between the sexual conversion and it's correction because it comes for legitimate motives where represents with Duplication of the genitals for a transvestite, here the corrective surgery comes to bring the real sex of a person and removing the confusion about fact of his belonging to males or females and this operation has contrast among the scholars in its legitimacy. 4 – This operation has several motives like desire of guy marriage that some western countries permit and the law protects it as a kind of familiar marriage. These countries adopted the permission of sex conversion operation as individual freedom. 5 – The operation of conversion the sex, where the conditions of scholars about medical surgery doesn't a reliable, the surgery become legal when the patient needs it with his approval and that includes healing taking the principle of beauty assets and their conditions that are not available in operation of conversion the sex.
