|a يعد قول الصحابي رضي الله عنه من الأدلة الشرعية التي يرجع إليها في الاستدلال على الحكم الشرعي -مع خلاف لبعض العلماء في ذلك -، ولا تخلو كتب الفروع الفقهية عند الحنابلة من أخذهم بقول الصحابي، وعند مطالعتي لكتب الحنابلة المعتمدة في فروعهم الفقهية وجدت استدلالهم بقول الصحابي ظاهرا جليا، خاصة في كتاب الوقف، فجمعت ما استدل به الحنابلة في كتاب الوقف بقول الصحابة رضى الله عنهم.\nفمهدت وعرفت الصحابي، ومذهبه، ومدى حجية مذهبه عند الحنابلة.\nثم عرفت الوقف في الفقه الإسلامي، ومشروعيته، وأنواعه.\nثم بينت المسائل الوقفية التي استند الحنابلة فيها على قول الصحابي أو الصحابية، وجاءت في ست مسائل، حيث أذكر الصحابي الذي بنى الحنابلة استدلالهم عليه، ثم ذكرت كتب الفروع التي ورد فيها أخذهم بهذا القول، وما استدل به الحنابلة من أدلة أخرى تقوي رأيهم، مع ذكر الروايات الأخرى -إن وجدت -أو أية خلافات في المذهب بهذا الخصوص، وقد أشير إلى خلاف المذاهب الأخرى إن كان هناك من خلاف، وقرارات المجامع والمنتديات الفقهية.

|f The saying of the Sahaba (companions of the Prophet Muhammad (Saw)) (may Allah be pleased with them) is one of the evidences of sharia (Islamic law) which are referred to in the inference of the shar'i (Islamic law) with some scholars disagreeing with that. The books of Hanbali school of jurisprudence are full of the sayings of Sahaba (companions of the Prophet Muhammad (Saw)). When I read the books of Hanbali school of jurisprudence, I find them evidently inferring with the sayings of Sahaba (companions of the Prophet Muhammad (Saw)) especially in the book of Waqf (endowments). I have gathered what the Hanbalis inferred to in the Book of Waqf (endowment) by the saying of Sahaba (companions of the Prophet Muhammad (Saw)), may Allah be pleased with them. So, I was made to know the Sahabi (companion of the Prophet Muhammad (Saw)), his doctrine and the extent of the authenticity of his doctrine among Hanbalis.\nAfter that, I explained the definition of what is Waqf (endowment) in the Islamic jurisprudence, its legitimacy and types.\nThen, I explained the matters related to waqf (endowment) in which the Hanbalis made their base on the sayings of Sahabi or Sahabiyyah. They were six matters, where I will mention the Sahabi to whom the Hanbalis inferred to then I mentioned the books of the branches in which they had taken this saying and that other evidences of hanbalis strengthen their opinion, with the mention of other narrations - if I find any - or any differences in the doctrine in this regard.
