|a يتناول هذا المقال موضوع الدبلوماسية المغربية اتجاه القارة السمراء وذلك من منظور تاريخي مستشرف على المستقبل، ويوضح طبيعة علاقة المغرب كدولة عربية إسلامية بدول أفريقيا جنوب الصحراء عبر الأزمنة، وكيف أن هذه العلاقة تتجاذب وتتنافر عبر توالي الدول التي تعاقبت على حكم المغرب، بانيتا بذلك تراكم تاريخي للدبلوماسية المغربية الأفريقية انطلاقًا من الهوية العربية والإسلامية، وكل ذلك من أجل تقريب فهم أسباب الاهتمام المغربي بالقارة السمراء من خلال الزيارات الأخيرة التي يقوم بها العاهل المغربي لبعض البلدان الأفريقية، وكذا باعتبار المغرب في بحث دائم عن موطئ قدم داخل المنطقة الأفريقية في خضم المنافسة الأوروبية على القارة السمراء.

|f This article deals with the subject of the Moroccan diplomacy toward the African continent, in light of the historical perspective that looks forward to the future. The article explains the nature of Morocco's relationship as an Arab Islamic state in the sub-Saharan of Africa over time. It also tackles how this relationship is attracted and contradicted by the successive states that ruled Morocco. We revealed the historical accumulation of Moroccan-African diplomacy, which is based on the Arab and the Islamic identity. All of this in order to bring closer understanding of the causes of the Moroccan interest in the African continent through the recent visits of the Moroccan King to some African countries, as well as considering Morocco in constant search for a foothold within the African region among the European competition on the African continent.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
