هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مهارات التواصل التربوي الممارسة من قبل الأستاذ الجامعي من وجهة نظر الطلبة بكلية الآداب، والتعرف على نسب ممارسة الأساتذة لمهارات التواصل التربوي في أقسام كلية الآداب، وتحددت مشكلة البحث في الأسئلة الآتية:- ما مهارات التواصل التربوي الممارسة من قبل الأستاذ الجامعي من وجهة نظر الطلبة بكلية الآداب ؟. -هل يوجد اختلاف في نسب ممارسة الأساتذة لمهارات التواصل التربوي في جميع أقسام كلية الآداب؟. ولتحقيق هدف البحث استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لطبيعة البحث، وتكون مجتمع البحث من جميع طلبة كلية الآداب بمدينة مصراته البالغ عددهم (2447) طالبًا وطالبة، وتكونت عينة البحث من (65) طالبًا وطالبة، وقام الباحثان ببناء استبانة بلغ عدد فقراتها فقرة، موزعة على (9) مجالات، وتم التحقق من صدقها بعرضها على مجموعة من المحكمين من ذوي الخبرة والاختصاص، وقد استخدم الباحثان الوسائل الإحصائية التالية: الوزن المئوي، والوسط المرجح، النسب المئوية، وتوصل البحث إلى النتائج التالية: من أجل التوصل إلى معرفة مدى ممارسة الأستاذ الجامعي لمهارات التواصل التربوي، تم تفريغ كل استبانة من الاستبانات وفق بدائلها، وترتيبها حسب أوساطها المرجحة، وأوزانها المئوية، اتضح أن عدد المهارات التي يمارسها الأستاذ الجامعي بلغت (57) فقرة، وهذه النتائج تشير بأن مهارات التواصل التربوي موجودة وممارسة من أغلب الأساتذة، أما المهارات التي تمارس بدرجة قليلة بلغ عددها (11) فقرة، كما توصل البحث إلى وجود اختلاف في نسب ممارسة الأساتذة لمهارات التواصل التربوي، وكانت النسبة تتراوح ما بين (87%-56%) وهذه النسبة جيدة.
The research study here aims to explore what Educational Communicative Skills teaching staff members, who work at the Faculty of Arts, employ in their classes based on their students' views. Also the research is set to investigate to what extent these teaching staff members apply the different Educational Communicative Skills. The questions to be addressed in this study are as following: What Educational Communicative Skills do the teaching staff members at the faculty of Arts employ in their classes from the point of their students' views? Is there any noticeable variation among these teaching staff members in the extent to which they employ these skills in their classes? To answer the above questions, the two researchers adopted the Descriptive Method because it fits the nature of the current study. The participants in the study were 65 students who were majoring in different fields of study at the Faculty of Arts. The two researchers used questionnaires for data collection. Was questionnaires. Each questionnaire consists of 68 questions divided up into nine sections. To grant clarity and comprehensibility of the questionnaire questions , the questionnaires were piloted. After collecting the required data by means of questionnaires, it was analyzed by using some statistical systems, such as the weight average, centennial weight and percentages. The results of the study revealed that 57 out of 65 of the Educational Communicative Skills stated in the questionnaire were used by the teaching staff members at the faculty. Having such result confirms that fact that teaching staff members at the Faculty of Arts do use Educational Communicative Skills inside their classrooms. What is more the results of the current study showed that only 11 of the skills presented in the questionnaire were less used by them. Another finding which the study revealed is that the teaching staff members vary in the level to which they employ the different Educational Communicative Skills.
