المستخلص: المشكلات المرتبطة باستعمالات الأرض لأغراض النقل بجميع الحالات التي لا يرغبها المجتمع الحضري حول هذا الاستعمال وعلى الأخص أن هدف الأنسان وأغراضه المتعلقة بالنقل هي ليس الوصول إلى غاياته فقط بل يسعى إلى تحقيق الأمان والراحة واختصار الوقت والكلفة والمتعة في السفر كذلك.
أن هذه المشكلات ناتجة عن العلاقة بين متغيرات التكنلوجية وتطورها من جهة وأنماط استعمالات الأرض من جهة أخرى، أذا تحدث حركة بين المناطق السكانية والمناطق التجارية، حيث أن تسهيل حركة الناس (المرور) أصبحت أكثر صعوبة مع توسع المدينة، ويرتبط بهذه المشكلة عامل الأجزاء الموروثة التي نشأت وخططت على وفق معايير سليمة لمراحل مورفولوجية سابقة، أذ أصبحت اقل ملائمة للمرحلة المعاصرة وخاصة في مجال النقل. ومن الباحثين من حدد مشكلة النقل بثلاث ارتباطات منها ذاتية تتعلق باستعمالات النقل نفسها، ومنها ذات أسباب مؤثرة على النقل وأخرى ناتجة عن تأثير النقل في الاستعمالات الأخرى.

The research dealt with the problems related to the use of the land for the transportation purposes in all cases that the urban society does not desire it. In particular, the purpose and needs of the transportation are not only to achieve its goals but also to ensure the safety, the comfort, reducing time and cost, and also the pleasure in the travel.
These problems are the result of the relationship between the technological variables and their development on the one hand, and ways of the land use on the other hand. There is a movement between the population and the commercial areas. The facilitation of the movement of people became more difficult with the expansion of the city. This problem is related to the inherited parts aspect which was originated and planned according to the proper criteria of the previous morphological levels, which have become less suitable for the contemporary period, especially in the field of transportation. One of the researchers identified the transportation problem in three links. The first is subjective and is related to the transport uses itself. Some of which have significant impacts on the transport, and others are the result of transport impacts in the other uses.
