المستخلص: إن تنمية ثقافة العمل التطوعي في المجتمع أصبحت مطلبا من متطلبات الحياة المعاصرة خصوصا وأن المجتمعات الإنسانية في العصر الحاضر تواجه عديد من التحديات والمشكلات التي تعجز الحكومات والدول أحيانا عن مواجهتها بمفردها وأن العمل التطوعي قد يقلل من حجم هذه المشكلات، وقد اعتمدت مشكلة البحث الحالي على نتائج عديد من الأبحاث السابقة التي أكدت على غياب ثقافة العمل التطوعي وقصور الوعي والفهم الحقيقي عند بعض شرائح المجتمع لطبيعة العمل التطوعي وقيمته ودوره في التنمية مما أدي إلي رفض هذه الشرائح المشاركة في العمل التطوعي بالإضافة إلي وجود عديد من المعوقات التي تعوق العمل التطوعي وأهمها ضعف الدور الذى تقوم به مؤسسات التعليم والإعلام في التوعية بأهمية العمل التطوعي في تنمية المجتمع ومن ثم فإن هذا البحث هدف إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتنمية ثقافة العمل التطوعي في مصر في ضوء بعض الاتجاهات العالية المعاصرة واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي وقد تضمن البحث عدة خطوات شملت الإطار النظري للبحث والذى تناول تحديد مفهوم العمل التطوعي والمنظور الإسلامي والدولي شملت التطوعي وأهمية العمل التطوعي ودوافعه ومجالاته ومعوقات ممارسته ثم التعرف على الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة لتنمية ثقافة العمل التطوعي في بعض الدول وهى المملكة المتحدة وكندا واليابان والتعرف على واقع تنمية ثقافة العمل التطوعي في مصر ثم الإفادة من خبرات هذه الدول في وضع تصور مقترح لتنمية ثقافة العمل التطوعي في مصر من خلال مؤسسات التعليم ومؤسسات الإعلام ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني.

development of The voluntary work culture in the community has become a requirement of modern life requirements, especially since human societies in the present era are facing many challenges and problems that governments and countries cannot sometimes face alone , and voluntary work may reduce the size of these problems facing the community, the problem of the present research has depended on the results of several previous researches that ensure absence of the culture of voluntary work , lack of awareness and the real understanding of when some segments of the society to the nature of voluntary work , its value and its role in the development, which led to the rejection of these segments to participate in voluntary work in addition to the presence of many of the obstacles that impede the voluntary work and the most important and the weakness of the role played by education and media organizations in the awareness of the importance of volunteerism in the development of society, and therefore this research aimed at putting a suggested Perspective for the development of the culture of volunteering in Egypt in light of some of the contemporary global trends, using the search descriptive approach that included several steps , including the theoretical framework of the research which dealt with defining the concept of voluntary work , Islamic and international perspective of voluntary work , the importance of voluntary work , its motives ,its scope, the constraints of doing it and then identifying the contemporary global trends to develop the culture of voluntary work in some countries, namely the United Kingdom, Canada, Japan and recognizing the reality development of the culture of volunteering in Egypt, and to benefit from these countries experiences in applying a suggested Perspective for the development of the culture of volunteering in Egypt through educational institutions, media organizations and civil society institutions.
