المستخلص: The horse radish peroxidase was isolated from raphanus sativnsl. The isolated horse -radish peroxide (HRP) was used in oxidation kinetic study of cresols. This study concerns on the effect of some compounds such as fluorides, sulfides and azides on Peroxidase Enzyme activity. The study showed that these compounds have inhibition action on this enzyme reactivity in the following order: Fluoride > Sulfide > Azide. For showing the inhibition type and inhibition constant value, two methods were used, the first method was Lineweaver-burk method and the second method was Dixon method. The results showed that the inhibition has the competitive inhibition type.
