المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر الأخلاقيات الطبية من المنظور الإسلامي، في المركز الاستشفائي الجامعي CHU بمدينة باتنة -الجزائر، على حماية حقوق المريض من وجهة نظر المرضى. وقد تم جمع البيانات من عينه تقدر ب ١٨٥ مفردة عن طريق استبانة صممت لأغراض الدراسة. كما استخدمت الدراسة الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية والاستدلالية لتفسير بياناتها، واختبار فرضياتها الخاصة بالتحليل والكشف عن علاقات التأثير المباشرة، بين المتغير المستقل الرئيس (أبعاد الأخلاقيات الطبية وفق المنظور الإسلامي: المسؤولية الطبية، الحقيقة وكشف السر الطبي، احترام ذات المريض، الخصوصية والسرية، الإخلاص)، والمتغير التابع (حقوق المريض). وتم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS) لتفريغ وتحليل الاستبيان. وتشير نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير ذي دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد الأخلاقيات الطبية، وفق المنظور الإسلامي إجمالا، في المركز الاستشفائي الجامعي CHU بباتنة -الجزائر، على حماية حقوق المريض في المركز. ويمكن تفسير هذه النتيجة في ضرورة التزام الأطباء بالآداب والأخلاقيات حسب الضوابط الشرعية من أجل حماية حقوق المرضى. وأظهرت النتائج أيضا أن المرضى في CHU بباتنة -الجزائر يعطون الأولوية لأبعاد الأخلاقيات الطبية حسب الترتيب الآتي: الحقيقة وكشف السر الطبي، الخصوصية والسرية، الإخلاص، المسؤولية الطبية، ثم احترام ذات المريض. كما توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق في حماية حقوق المريض، في المركز الاستشفائي الجامعي -باتنة، تعزى إلى الاختلاف في خصائصه (النوع -المهنة -الحالة الاجتماعية -الدخل -القسم)، في حين توجد فروق بالنسبة للعمر.

This study aims to determine the impact of medical ethics from the Islamic perspective in the universal hospital CHU in the city of BATNA - Algeria, on the protection of the rights of the patient from the patient’s point of view. The data were collected from a sample is estimated at 185 by a questionnaire designed for the purposes of the study. The study used descriptive statistical methods and evidentiary to interpret the data and test hypotheses for the analysis and detection the effect of direct relationships between the independent variable principal (the dimensions of medical ethics according to Islamic perspective: medical liability, the truth and uncover the secret medical, self-esteem of the patient, privacy and confidentiality, fidelity) and the dependent variable (the rights of the patient). With the use of software statistical analysis (SPSS) for unloading and analysis of the questionnaire .The study results suggest the presence of a statistically significant effect of the dimensions of medical ethics according to Islamic perspective on protecting the rights of the patient in universal hospital CHU Batna - Algeria. And this result can be explained by the need to obligate doctors to follow morality and ethics according to Islalmic controls to protect patients’ rights. The results also showed that patients in the CHU Batna - Algeria gives priority to the dimensions of medical ethics in the following order: the truth and uncover the secret medical, privacy and confidentiality, fidelity, medical liability and selfesteem of the patient. The study results the absence of differences in the protection of the rights of the patient in the universal hospital of Batna attributable to differences in the characteristics (Sex - Profession – Social Status - Revenue - Section). While there are differences for age.
